یاسر شاہ ریپ کیس پاکستان کرکٹ کے لیے اچھا نہیں، رمیز راجہ
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Rameez Raja has said that he will not leave China until Australia is defeated in Australia.
In a press conference in Karachi along with the new PCB chief executive Faisal Hasnain, Rameez Raja vowed that Pakistan would beat Australia at its home ground in the upcoming Cricket World Cup to be held in Australia. He said that for this we have to perform best, Pakistan also has to improve the fielding, they will not sit with China till they beat Australia in Australia, for the best pitches they are importing soil and other equipment from Australia.
Chairman PCB said that our cricket will not move forward till the pitches are fine. In this regard so far most of the meetings have been held with the curators and ground staff. Drop in pitches will come to Pakistan soon but England And New Zealand is also planning to introduce a hybrid pitch used during domestic cricket, which will cost Rs 370 million to improve the wickets.

Stressing on the need to improve the school cricket system, Rameez Raja said that 100 children between the ages of 11 and 16 would be included in school cricket who would also be given a monthly stipend of Rs 30,000. They will train and play national matches and will also have the best coaches for them. Also, a talent hunt will be launched for them soon.
Rameez Raja said that after taking office he faced various challenges including World Cup, return of foreign teams, but he focused on cricket and solved the problems. The PCB chairman said he had raised the issue in the Asian Council over New Zealand’s refusal to return and England’s return.
In response to a question about the sexual abuse case against Yasir Shah, Rameez Raja said that there is zero tolerance policy on the issue of Yasir Shah. I don’t know how much truth there is in this case. پی سی بی کے نئے چیف ایگزیکٹیو فیصل حسنین کے ہمراہ کراچی میں پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے رمیز راجہ نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ آسٹریلیا میں ہونے والے آئندہ کرکٹ ورلڈ کپ میں پاکستان آسٹریلیا کو اس کے ہوم گراؤنڈ پر ہرائے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس کے لیے ہمیں بہترین کارکردگی دکھانا ہوگی، پاکستان کو بھی فیلڈنگ بہتر کرنا ہوگی، آسٹریلیا میں آسٹریلیا کو ہرانے تک چین سے نہیں بیٹھیں گے، بہترین پچز کے لیے آسٹریلیا سے مٹی اور دیگر سامان درآمد کررہے ہیں۔
چیئرمین پی سی بی نے کہا کہ جب تک پچز ٹھیک نہیں ہوں گی ہماری کرکٹ آگے نہیں بڑھے گی۔ اس سلسلے میں اب تک سب سے زیادہ میٹنگز کیوریٹرز اور گراؤنڈ سٹاف سے ہو چکی ہیں۔ پاکستان میں ڈراپ ان پچز جلد آ جائیں گی لیکن انگلینڈ اور نیوزی لینڈ بھی ڈومیسٹک کرکٹ کے دوران استعمال ہونے والی ہائبرڈ پچ متعارف کرانے کا منصوبہ بنا رہے ہیں جس کی وکٹوں کو بہتر بنانے پر 370 ملین روپے لاگت آئے گی۔
سکول کرکٹ کے نظام کو بہتر بنانے کی ضرورت پر زور دیتے ہوئے رمیز راجہ نے کہا کہ 11 سے 16 سال کی عمر کے 100 بچوں کو سکول کرکٹ میں شامل کیا جائے گا جنہیں 30 ہزار روپے ماہانہ وظیفہ بھی دیا جائے گا۔ وہ ٹریننگ کریں گے اور قومی میچ کھیلیں گے اور ان کے لیے بہترین کوچز بھی ہوں گے۔ اس کے علاوہ جلد ہی ان کے لیے ٹیلنٹ ہنٹ بھی شروع کیا جائے گا۔
رمیز راجہ نے کہا کہ عہدہ سنبھالنے کے بعد انہیں ورلڈ کپ، غیر ملکی ٹیموں کی واپسی سمیت مختلف چیلنجز کا سامنا کرنا پڑا تاہم انہوں نے کرکٹ پر توجہ دی اور مسائل کو حل کیا۔ چیئرمین پی سی بی نے کہا کہ انہوں نے ایشین کونسل میں نیوزی لینڈ کے انکار اور انگلینڈ کی واپسی پر معاملہ اٹھایا تھا۔
یاسر شاہ کے خلاف جنسی زیادتی کے مقدمے سے متعلق سوال کے جواب میں رمیز راجہ نے کہا کہ یاسر شاہ کے معاملے پر زیرو ٹالرنس کی پالیسی ہے۔ مجھے نہیں معلوم کہ اس معاملے میں کتنی سچائی ہے۔ آپ کے دوست کیسے بنیں، میں نے 2000 میں اشفاق احمد، مستنصر حسین تارڑ اور دیگر دانشوروں کو فون کیا تاکہ بچوں کو سمجھا سکیں کہ زندگی میں پیسہ ہی سب کچھ نہیں اور شہرت کیسے برقرار رکھی جائے، یہ سلسلہ دوبارہ شروع کرنا ہوگا۔
