عید الاضحی کے موقع پر ایس او پیز کی خلاف ورزی سے کورونا وائرس کیسز میں اضافہ ہوسکتا ہے: ڈاکٹر ظفر
وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی برائے صحت ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا نے کہا ہے کہ قربانی کے جانوروں کی فروخت اور شہروں کے اندر مویشی منڈیوں کے قیام پر ملک بھر میں سختی سے پابندی ہے۔
اتوار کی سہ پہر کو اسلام آباد میں نیوز کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ عید کے دنوں کے دوران تمام اسٹیک ہولڈرز کے ساتھ مشاورت میں خصوصی تیاری کی گئی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر شہریوں کے تعاون سے ایس او پیز کی پیروی نہیں کی گئی تو وبائی بیماری مزید پھیل جائے گی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ نماز عید کی ادائیگی کے دوران ایس او پیز کی بھی پیروی کی جانی چاہئے۔
انہوں نے شہریوں کو مشورہ دیا کہ وہ مویشی منڈیوں میں جانے کی بجائے آن لائن کے ذریعہ جانوروں کی قربانی خریدنے کو ترجیح دیں۔
معاون خصوصی نے لوگوں پر بھی زور دیا کہ وہ معاشرتی فاصلے کو برقرار رکھنے اور کورونا وائرس کے پھیلاؤ پر قابو پانے کے لئے رسمی طور پر انفرادی تکمیل کے بجائے اجتماعی قربانیوں کو ترجیح دیں۔
The special assistant to the Prime Minister of Health, Dr. Zafar Mirza, said that the sale of farms and the establishment of livestock markets within cities are strictly prohibited across the country.
At a press conference in Islamabad on Sunday afternoon, he said that special preparations and consultations had been made with all stakeholders to implement the standard operating procedure during Eid Days.
He said the pandemic would continue to spread if citizens did not follow standard operating procedures. He said that SOPs should be followed during the offering of Eid prayers.
He advised citizens to buy animals online rather than from cattle markets.
The special assistant also urged people to get closer to the collective victims instead of performing the individual ritual to maintain social distance and contain the spread of the coronavirus.
