تاجر اغوا ، قتل کے مقدمے میں عزیر بلوچ پر فرد جرم عائد
کراچی کی انسداد دہشت گردی کی عدالت نے لیاری گینگ وار کا ایک اہم چہرہ ، عزیر بلوچ پر تاجر کو اغوا کرنے اور پھر اسے قتل کرنے کا الزام عائد کیا۔
سخت حفاظتی انتظامات میں بلوچ کو عدالت میں لایا گیا۔ اس کا چہرہ ماسک سے ڈھانپ گیا تھا۔
صدارت کرنے والے جج نے بتایا کہ بلوچ پر عبد الصمد نامی ایک تاجر کو اغوا کرنے اور اس کے اہل خانہ سے 10 لاکھ روپے تاوان مانگنے کا الزام عائد کیا گیا ہے۔ جج نے چارج شیٹ پڑھتے ہوئے کہا کہ تاجر کو اس کے اہل خانہ نے بلوچ کو 70،000 روپے ادا کرنے کے بعد بھی قتل کیا گیا تھا۔
تاہم ، گینگسٹر نے قصوروار نہیں مانگا۔
عدالت نے اس معاملے میں تفتیشی افسر اور گواہوں کو نوٹسز جاری کردیئے۔

An anti-terrorist court in Karachi accused Uzair Baloch, one of the main faces of the Lyari gang war, of kidnapping and subsequently murdering a dealer.
A handcuffed Baluch was brought to court under strict security. His face was covered with a mask.
The presiding judge said Baluch was accused of kidnapping a trader named Abdul Samad and asking his family to ransom a million rupees. The dealer was murdered, even after his family paid 70,000 rupees to Baluch, the judge said while reading the charge sheet.
The gangster, however, did not plead guilty.
The court sent communications to the investigators and witnesses in the case.
The witnesses will record their testimony at the next hearing.
Baluch was arrested by the Rangers on January 30, 2016. He was accused of having committed 198 murders, illegally buying weapons, attacking police stations, embezzling money, extorting money and spying. In April 2017, his custody was handed over to the Pakistani army. Army Corps V handed it over to the police on April 6, 2020 after three years.
