تھر میں مزید تین بچے غذائی قلت اور وبائی بیماری سے ہلاک ہوگئے
تھر: سندھ میں ضلع تھر پارکر میں غذائی کمی اور وبائی مرض سے مزید 3 بچے دم توڑ گئے۔
وزارت صحت کے ذرائع کے مطابق ، رواں ماہ تھر پارکر میں ہلاک بچوں کی تعداد 49 ہوگئی ہے ، جبکہ رواں سال تھر پارکر میں جاں بحق ہونے والے بچوں کی تعداد 361 ہوگئی ہے۔
گذشتہ ہفتے تھر پارکر میں بھی 3 بچوں کی موت ہوگئی ، جبکہ گذشتہ ہفتے غذائیت کی وجہ سے 6 بچوں کی موت ہوگئی۔
تھرپارکر سے میڈیا کے نمائندے محمد حنیف نے وزارت صحت کے ذرائع کے حوالے سے بتایا ہے کہ غذائیت اور بیماری سے بچوں کی اموات جاری ہیں۔ رواں ماہ کے 18 دنوں میں اموات کی تعداد 42 ہوگئی جبکہ 35 بچوں کا مٹھی سولہ سپتال میں علاج جاری ہے۔
وزارت صحت کے ذرائع کے مطابق ، رواں سال کے پہلے مہینے میں ، جنوری میں ستر ، فروری میں چونسٹھ ، مارچ میں اڑتالیس ، اپریل میں انیس اور مئی میں اڑسٹھ بچوں کی موت ہوئی ۔
اسی طرح ، 2018 میں ، پانچ سو پانچ بچے بھوک اور بیماری سے مر گئے تھے ۔ چار ہزار پینتالیس 2017 میں ، 2016 تین سو اٹھانوے ، 2015 میں تین سو اٹھانوے اور 2014 میں تین سو اٹھائیس بچے ہلاک ہوئے ۔
یاد رہے کہ 2019 میں شائع ہونے والے ایک سروے کے مطابق ، سندھ میں پانچ سال سے کم عمر کے 50 فیصد بچے غذائی قلت کا شکار ہیں۔
یونیسف اور برطانوی ہائی کمیشن کے مشترکہ طور پر شائع ہونے والی 2018 کے قومی تغذیہاتی سروے کی رپورٹ کے مطابق ، صوبے میں پانچ سال سے کم عمر کے 40 فیصد بچے وزن کی کمی میں مبتلا ہیں۔ ایک ہی وقت میں ، صوبے میں 40 فیصد نوعمر لڑکے اور لڑکیاں خون کی کمی کا شکار ہیں۔

According to a survey published in 2019, 50% of children under the age of five in Sindh are malnourished.
According to the 2018 National Nutrition Survey, published jointly by UNICEF and the British High Commission, 40% of children under the age of five in the province are underweight. At the same time, 40% of teenage boys and girls in the province suffer from anemia.
