اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں ایون فیلڈ ریفرنس میں سزا کے خلاف درخواستوں کی سماعت کے بعد میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے مریم نواز نے کہا کہ میں اور نواز شریف خدا کے وجود پر یقین رکھتے تھے لیکن مجھے نہیں معلوم تھا کہ یہ دن جلد آئیں گے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ وہی جعلی حکومت اور عدالتیں اور وہی اختیارات کا غلط استعمال لیکن یہ نظام اقتدار ہے کہ نواز شریف کے حق میں تیسری بڑی گواہی عدلیہ سے سامنے آئی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ مرحوم ارشد ملک صاحب کے ہاتھوں سزا پانے والے سابق وزیراعظم نے اپنی زندگی میں نواز شریف کے حق میں گواہی دی، اس کے علاوہ شوکت عزیز صدیقی نے بھی اپنے دور حکومت میں نواز شریف کے حق میں گواہی دی۔ ۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ جس شخص پر آج پوری دنیا میں تنقید ہو رہی ہے اس کے پاس اپنے حق میں کہنے کو کچھ نہیں، انہوں نے کہا کہ نواز شریف کے ساتھ نہ بیٹھوں اور نہ ہی ان کی گواہی دیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اب سابق چیف جسٹس گلگت بلتستان کی گواہی سامنے آئی ہے کہ سابق چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان ثاقب نثار نے انہیں فون پر ہدایت کی تھی کہ الیکشن سے قبل نواز شریف اور مریم نواز کی ضمانت نہ کی جائے۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ جب ان سے پوچھا گیا کہ آپ ایسا کیوں کر رہی ہیں تو انہوں نے کہا کہ پنجاب اور گلگت بلتستان کی عدالتوں میں فرق ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ شوکت عزیز صدیقی کو نواز شریف کی گواہی پر انصاف دینے کے بجائے نوکری سے نکال دیا گیا اور کیس سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل میں لے جایا گیا۔ ۔
مسلم لیگ (ن) کے نائب صدر کا کہنا تھا کہ ارشد ملک کی گواہی ملنے کے بعد اگر ان کے خلاف کارروائی ہوتی یا تفتیش ہوتی تو وہ معاملہ طے کر لیتے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ایک ملک کے وزیر اعظم کو فرضی سزا دینے کے لیے انہوں نے جج کو برطرف کیا اور کہا کہ یہ انصاف کے منہ پر بدنما داغ ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے انہیں سابق چیف جسٹس گلگت بلتستان کے انکشافات پر توہین عدالت کا نوٹس دیا تھا، حالانکہ آپ کو ان کی بات سننی چاہیے تھی۔ جانا چاہیے تھا۔
مریم نواز نے کہا کہ ثاقب نثار کا یہ بیان کہ مجھے عدالتوں کے چکر لگانے کی کیا ضرورت تھی، یہ آپ کے ساتھ زیادتی ہوئی ہے، جب ہم 5 سال عدالتوں کے چکر لگا سکتے ہیں تو آپ چکر کیوں نہیں لگا سکتے۔ ۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ انصاف کا معیار دیکھیں کہ جس عدالت نے پرویز مشرف کو سزائے موت سنائی وہ اس بنیاد پر الٹ دی جاتی ہے کہ یہ خصوصی عدالت کابینہ سے منظور نہیں تھی لیکن نواز شریف کے فیصلے میں تین ججوں نے گواہی دی تھی لیکن وہ جعلی تھیں۔ سزا دی گئی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر آپ کو لگتا ہے کہ آپ طاقت سے جیت سکتے ہیں تو یہ سب کے سامنے ہے۔
مسلم لیگ (ن) کے نائب صدر نے کہا کہ موجودہ صورتحال کا واحد حل ملک کو ان مشکلات سے نکالنا ہے جن میں عمران خان نے دھکیل دیا تھا تو اس کا حل آزادانہ اور منصفانہ انتخابات ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ میں اپنی قانونی ٹیم کے ساتھ بیٹھ کر معاملات پر بات کروں گا اور آج نیب نے خود ہی آج کا وقت مانگا ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی میں ایسی جان ہے اور اب ختم ہو چکی ہے، ان کی وجہ سے پاکستانی عوام مشکل میں ہیں، پاکستان دنیا کا واحد ملک ہے جہاں ہر منٹ مہنگائی بڑھ رہی ہے اور اب عوام کے پاس گیس بھی ہے۔ دن میں تین بار دیا جائے گا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ برطانیہ کے تمام ادارے مستند ہیں ان سے پوچھ گچھ نہیں کی جا سکتی۔ نوٹری پبلک واحد ادارہ ہے جہاں سے حکومت پاکستان اپنی دستاویزات کی تصدیق کرتی ہے۔ میرے تمام دستاویزات نوٹرائزڈ ہیں۔
میں چیف جسٹس اطہر من اللہ سے کہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ یہ صرف ہماری یا آپ کی بحالی کی تحریک نہیں تھی، یہ تحریک انصاف کی بحالی کی تھی جسے ایک آمر نے قلم کی نوک سے ردی کی ٹوکری میں دھکیل دیا تھا۔ “انہوں نے کہا.
اس موقع پر انہوں نے کہا کہ توہین عدالت وہ ہے جس کا نام ظاہر نہ ہو، انہوں نے کہا کہ جس نے گواہی دی ہے وہ جوتے مارے، اس سے بڑی توہین عدالت نہیں ہوگی۔
لیگی رہنما نے کہا کہ آپ عدالت میں آنے والوں کو قرآن پاک پر ہاتھ رکھ کر سچ بولنے کی ترغیب دیتے ہیں اور آپ خود جھوٹ بول رہے ہیں۔
سابق چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان کے حوالے سے ان کا کہنا تھا کہ وہ شخص اب سامنے نہیں آئے گا اور کسی بات کا جواب نہیں دے گا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ شہباز شریف نے پی کے ایل آئی جیسا ادارہ قائم کیا تاکہ لوگ جگر کے امراض کا علاج بھارت جانے کی بجائے اپنے ملک میں کر سکیں۔
حکومتی اتحادیوں کے بارے میں پوچھے جانے پر انہوں نے کہا کہ ایسی حکومت کے بارے میں کیا کہا جا سکتا ہے جو بھیک پر چل رہی ہو۔
