سپریم کورٹ کراچی نالوں کو صاف کرنے کے لئے این ڈی ایم اے کو تین ماہ کی مہلت دے رہی ہے
سپریم کورٹ نے نیشنل ڈیزاسٹر مینجمنٹ ایجنسی کو کراچی کے تمام نالوں کی صفائی کے لئے تین ماہ کا وقت دیا ہے۔
سپریم کورٹ نے حکام کو نالوں کے قریب بھی تمام تجاوزات کو ہٹانے کا حکم دیا ہے۔
معروف وزیر انصاف گلزار احمد نے بتایا کہ کراچی میں حکام کی عدم توجہی کی وجہ سے گٹر بہہ گئے۔ ہر طرف مچھر اور مکھیاں ہیں۔ سندھ حکومت مکمل طور پر ناکام ہوچکی ہے۔ یہاں مکمل انتشار ہے۔ “صورتحال کو کون بہتر کرے گا؟ کیا ہم وفاقی حکومت سے آکر چیزیں ٹھیک کرنے کو کہیں؟ “
وزیر اعظم نے کہا ہے کہ مرکز کراچی سے متعلق معاملات میں مداخلت نہیں کرنا چاہتا ، اٹارنی جنرل نے عدالت کو بتایا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم اس وقت مختلف اختیارات پر تبادلہ خیال کر رہے ہیں۔

این ڈی ایم اے کے چیئرمین سے شہر کے گٹر کو صاف کرنے کو کہا گیا۔ کراچی میں مختلف سائز کے 38 نالے ہیں اور وہ عموما کچرے سے بھرے ہوتے ہیں جب بارش ہوتی ہے تو وہ اتپھک ہوجاتے ہیں۔ بارش کے پانی اور سیلاب کی گلیوں اور گھروں میں بہہ جانے والا چینل کا پانی گھل مل جاتا ہے۔
بارش کی آخری مرحلہ میں لوگوں کے گھروں یا کاروں کو بھی نقصان پہنچا۔ کاریں گندے پانی میں ڈوبی رہ گئیں یہاں تک کہ حکومت کئی گلیوں کو نالوں کرنے میں کامیاب ہوگئی جبکہ داراوں کی طاقت کی وجہ سے دیگر بہہ گئیں۔

Leading Justice Minister Gulzar Ahmed said that the gutters in Karachi were washed away due to the negligence of the authorities. There are mosquitoes and flies everywhere. The Sindh government has completely failed. There is complete chaos here. “Who will improve the situation? Should we ask the federal government to fix things?”
The Prime Minister has said that the Center does not want to interfere in matters related to Karachi, the Attorney General told the court. “We are currently discussing various options,” he said.
Whenever it rains in the city, the streets and alleys of Karachi are filled. To address the issue, Prime Minister Imran Khan asked the Pakistani military to clear the city’s gutters.
The NDMA chairman was asked to clean the city’s gutters. There are 38 drains of different sizes in Karachi and they are usually full of garbage. Rainwater and flood water from the channel flowing into the streets and houses are mixed.
The last phase of the rains also damaged people’s homes or cars. Cars were submerged in dirty water until the government managed to drain several streets, while others were swept away by the force of the floods.
