نان آپریشنل گاڑیوں اور مشینوں کی نیلامی سے پنجاب حکومت نے 750 ملین سے زیادہ رقم وصول کی
حکومت پنجاب نے دعوی کیا ہے کہ مختلف سرکاری دفاتر کے احاطے میں غیر آپریشنل گاڑیاں ، مشینری اور فرنیچر جو غیر استعمال شدہ ہیں نیلام کرکے 750 ملین روپے سے زیادہ کی رقم اکٹھا کرلی ہے۔
ایک بیان میں ، پنجاب کے وزیر اعلی ، سردار عثمان بزدار نے کہا ، صوبائی حکومت نے عوامی رقم استعمال کیے بغیر 750 ملین روپے جمع کئے۔
چیف منسٹر بزدار “ہمارا یہ قدم ، دفاتر کی صفائی اور نظام کی شفافیت کی ایک قابل ذکر مثال ہے۔”
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب نے مزید کہا کہ کمشنرز ، ڈپٹی کمشنرز اور پولیس نے نیلامی کے عمل کو مکمل کرنے میں مدد کی ہے۔ نیلامی سے پیدا ہونے والی رقم پہلے ہی صوبائی کٹی میں جمع کردی گئی ہے ،
وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدار نے یہ بھی کہا کہ سرکاری دفاتر میں عملے اور ویزیٹرز کے لئے جگہ کی قلت ہے کیونکہ بیشتر جگہ پر غیر ضروری چیزوں کا گھیرائو تھا۔
وزیراعلیٰ بزدار نے کہا کہ “ہم عوام کی محنت سے کمائی جانے والی رقم کے امین ہیں” ، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ماضی میں بھی سرکاری خزانے کو بے رحمی سے لوٹا گیا ہے۔
The Punjab government has claimed that it has collected more than Rs 750 million by auctioning non-operational vehicles, machinery and furniture which are unused in the premises of various government offices.
In a statement, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar said the provincial government had collected Rs. 750 million without using public funds.
Chief Minister Bazdar said,
“This step of ours is a remarkable example of cleaning offices and making the system transparent.”
The Punjab Chief Minister further said that the Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Police have helped in completing the auction process. Proceeds from the auction have already been deposited in the provincial kitty.
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar also said that there was a shortage of space for staff and visitors in government offices as most of the space was surrounded by unnecessary items.
Chief Minister Bazdar said that “we are the trustees of the hard earned money of the people”, adding that the public exchequer has been ruthlessly looted in the past as well.
