لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے پٹرولیم مصنوعات کی عدم دستیابی کے خلاف درخواستوں کی سماعت کی
جمعرات کو لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے پٹرولیم مصنوعات کی قلت سے متعلق درخواستوں کی سماعت کی۔ دوران سماعت اٹارنی جنرل نے کابینہ کے اجلاس کے منٹ بھی پیش کیے۔
چیف جسٹس قاسم خان نے درخواستوں کی سماعت کرتے ہوئے وفاقی کابینہ میں غیر منتخب افراد کی شمولیت پر سوالات اٹھائے۔ چیف جسٹس نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ فوائد عوام تک نہیں پہنچتے کیونکہ غیر منتخب افراد حکومت چلا رہے ہیں۔
چیف جسٹس قاسم خان نے مزید کہا کہ عوام سے ووٹ لینے والوں کا کام عوام کی خدمت کرنا ہے لیکن دوسری طرف خصوصی معاونین کمپنیوں کے مفادات کو فوقیت دیتے ہیں۔
The Lahore High Court (LHC) heard petitions related to the lack of petroleum products on Thursday. During the hearing, the Attorney General also produced minutes of the cabinet meeting.
Chief Justice Qasim Khan asked questions about the admission of unelected people to the Federal Cabinet during the hearing of the petitions. CJ noted that achievements do not reach masses because unelected people run the government.
CJ Qasim Khan went on to say that it is the job of those who have received votes from the public to serve the masses, but on the other hand, special assistants prioritize corporate interests.
