اسکول ، کالج اور یونیورسٹیاں 15 ستمبر سے دوبارہ کھلیں گی
وفاقی و صوبائی وزرائے تعلیم نے ملک بھر میں 15 ستمبر سے اسکول، کالج اور یونی ورسٹی کی کلاسز میں تدریسی عمل شروع کرنے کا اصولی فیصلہ کرلیا۔
وفاقی وزیر تعلیم شفقت محمود کی زیر صدارت بین الصوبائی وزرائے تعلیم کا اجلاس ہوا جس میں تمام صوبائی وزرائے تعلیم وڈیو لنک کے ذریعے شریک ہوئے جبکہ چیئرمین اور ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر ایچ ای سی نے بھی شرکت کی۔
وزارت صحت کے حکام نے اجلاس کو بریفنگ دی جس کی روشنی میں 3 مراحل میں تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا۔
بڑی کلاسز
پہلے مرحلے میں 15 ستمبر سے نویں اور اس سے اوپر کی تمام کلاسز بشمول کالج اور یونی ورسٹی کو کھولا جائے گا۔ بڑی جماعتوں کی کلاسز کھولنے کے بعد کورونا وائرس کے صورتحال اور کیسز کا جائزہ لیا جائے گا۔
مڈل
صورتحال کا جائزہ لینے کے ایک ہفتے بعد دوسرے مرحلے میں 23 ستمبر سے چھٹی سے آٹھویں جماعت میں تدریسی عمل کی اجازت دی جائے گی۔
پرائمری
تیسرے اور آخری مرحلے میں 30 ستمبر سے پہلی سے پانچویں تک کی کلاسز کو کھولا جائے۔ تعلیمی اداروں میں کورونا ایس او پیز پر سختی سے عملدرآمد ہوگا اور طلبا کو ماسک لازمی پہننا ہوگا۔
اجلاس کی سفارشارت این سی او سی (قومی رابطہ کمیٹی) کو ارسال کی گئیں جس نے تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے سے متعلق فیصلوں کی حتمی منظوری دے دی۔
اجلاس میں یکساں نصاب تعلیم کا معاملہ بھی زیر غور آیا اور وفاقی نظامت تعلیمات میں اینٹی ہراسمنٹ باڈیز کے صوبوں میں قیام پر گفتگو ہوئی۔
اجلاس میں تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے کے حتمی فیصلے کے ساتھ ساتھ ان سے متعلق ایس او پیز کو حتمی شکل دی گئی ہے۔

والدین کے لئے ہدایات
۔ بچوں کو ماسک پہنا کر اسکول روانہ کریں چاہے وہ کپڑے کا ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔
۔ بچوں میں کھانسی یا بیماری کی علامات ظاہر ہونے کی صورت میں اسکول ہر گز نہ بھیجیں۔
۔ طبیعت زیادہ خراب ہو تو بچوں کا فوری ٹیسٹ کروایا جائے۔ کورونا ٹیسٹ مثبت آنےکی صورت میں اسکول کو مطلع کیا جائے۔
واضح رہے کہ گزشتہ ماہ ملک میں 15 ستمبر سے تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے کا اعلان کیا گیا تھا تاہم اسے نیشنل کمانڈ اینڈ آپریشن سینٹر کی سفارشات اور بین الصوبائی وزرائے تعلیم کونسل کی منظوری سے مشروط کیا گیا تھا۔
The federal and provincial education ministers have decided in principle to start teaching in school, college and university classes across the country from September 15.
A meeting of inter-provincial education ministers was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood in which all the provincial education ministers participated through video link while Chairman and Executive Director HEC also participated.
Ministry of Health officials briefed the meeting in the light of which it was decided to open educational institutions in three phases.
Large classes
In the first phase, all classes of ninth and above, including colleges and universities, will be opened from September 15. The situation and cases of corona virus will be reviewed after the opening of classes for major parties.
Middle
One week after the review of the situation, in the second phase, teaching will be allowed in the sixth to eighth classes from September 23.
Primary
In the third and final phase, classes from 1st to 5th should be opened from September 30. Corona SOPs will be strictly enforced in educational institutions and students will be required to wear masks.
The recommendations of the meeting were forwarded to the NCOC (National Coordinating Committee) which gave final approval to the decisions regarding opening of educational institutions.
The issue of uniform curriculum was also discussed in the meeting and establishment of anti-harassment bodies in the provinces was discussed in the Federal Directorate of Education.
The meeting has finalized the decision to open educational institutions as well as the SOPs related to them.

Instructions for parents: –
- Send children to school wearing masks, even if it’s just clothes.
- Never send children to school if they have a cough or symptoms.
- If the condition worsens, the child should be tested immediately. The school should be notified if the corona test is positive.
It should be noted that the opening of educational institutions in the country was announced from September 15 last month, but it was subject to the recommendations of the National Command and Operations Center and the approval of the Inter-Provincial Council of Education Ministers.
