The Supreme Court dismissed all the petitions related to the introduction of the presidential system in the country.
The Supreme Court upheld the objections of the Supreme Court Registrar on the petitions.
Petitioner Ahmed Raza Kasuri had said that the Prime Minister should be directed to conduct a plebiscite to bring in the presidential system in the country. The country’s money is being looted and there is inflation. Justice Muneeb Akhtar said that the country was also broken during the presidential system of 1962.
Justice Umar Ata Bandiyal remarked how in the presence of strong political parties, institutions and systems in the country, individuals coming in person can be affected parties. We do not want to repeat the 1958-like situation. If the petitioners want to start an agitation, they have to start a political movement. We have no right to abolish one system and bring in another and change the political system for thousands of years. Nargis cries over the lack of light, it is very difficult to see a sight in the grass, we are all waiting for Darshan to come.
The petitioner said that democracy should be of Right Guided Caliphs. Justice Omar Ata Bandiyal said that leadership like Right Guided Khalifa is everyone’s desire, we should be realistic, now it is not possible to get leadership like Right Guided Khalifa, Quaid-e-Azam also talked about democracy.

سپریم کورٹ نے درخواستوں پر سپریم کورٹ رجسٹرار کے اعتراضات کو برقرار رکھا۔
درخواست گزار احمد رضا قصوری نے کہا تھا کہ وزیراعظم کو ملک میں صدارتی نظام لانے کے لیے رائے شماری کرانے کی ہدایت دی جائے۔ ملک کا پیسہ لوٹا جا رہا ہے اور مہنگائی ہے۔ جسٹس منیب اختر نے کہا کہ 1962 کے صدارتی نظام کے دوران بھی ملک ٹوٹ گیا۔
جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال نے ریمارکس دیے کہ ملک میں مضبوط سیاسی جماعتوں ، اداروں اور نظاموں کی موجودگی میں ، شخصی طور پر آنے والے افراد فریق بن سکتے ہیں۔ ہم 1958 جیسی صورتحال کو دہرانا نہیں چاہتے۔ اگر درخواست گزار احتجاج شروع کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو انہیں سیاسی تحریک شروع کرنی ہوگی۔ ہمیں ایک نظام کو ختم کرنے اور دوسرا نظام لانے اور ہزاروں سالوں سے سیاسی نظام کو تبدیل کرنے کا کوئی حق نہیں ہے۔ نرگس روشنی کی کمی پر روتی ہے ، گھاس میں ایک نظارہ دیکھنا بہت مشکل ہے ، ہم سب درشن کے آنے کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں۔
درخواست گزار نے کہا کہ جمہوریت صحیح رہنمائی کرنے والے خلفاء کی ہونی چاہیے۔ جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال نے کہا کہ رائٹ گائیڈڈ خلیفہ جیسی قیادت ہر ایک کی خواہش ہوتی ہے ، ہمیں حقیقت پسند ہونا چاہیے ، اب رائٹ گائیڈڈ خلیفہ جیسی قیادت ملنا ممکن نہیں ، قائداعظم نے جمہوریت کی بھی بات کی۔
