Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Wednesday launched the Human Capital Development Program to achieve Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
The Crown Prince noted that the Human Capabilities Development Program represents a national strategy to enhance the competitiveness of national human capabilities at the local and global levels in order to prepare for the present and future labor market.
“The program has been designed to meet the needs and aspirations of all sections of society, from childhood through universities, colleges, technical and vocational institutions, and access to the labor market, with the goal that citizens will be able to develop the future. should be prepared,” he said. It includes 89 initiatives aimed at achieving the 16 strategic goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Program initiatives include promoting kindergarten expansion, which will help create a flexible and strong learning base for children.
Meanwhile, the Career Guidance and Counseling Initiative aims to provide citizens with the necessary skills and competencies to plan for their career goals.
There will be a number of initiatives that will increase the employment rate to make citizens skilled and enhance their skills and prepare entrepreneurs and innovators for the labor market of the future, both locally and globally.
