چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ جسٹس اطہرمن اللہ نے ملک بھر میں تعلیمی اداروں کے کھولنے سے متعلق درخواست کی سماعت کی۔ درخواست گزار کے وکیل نے مؤقف اختیار کیا کہ نجی اسکولوں سے وابستہ لوگوں کی ملازمتیں ضائع ہو رہی ہیں ، حکومتی پالیسی سے لوگوں کے بنیادی حقوق متاثر ہورہے ہیں۔
