پنجاب نے سکولوں اور کالجوں کی موسم سرما کی تعطیلات میں تبدیلی کا اعلان کر دیا
The Punjab government has announced winter break in all public and private educational institutions in view of cold and dry weather in the province.
On Twitter, Punjab Education Minister Dr Murad Rass wrote that all schools and colleges in the province would remain closed from December 23, 2021 to January 6, 2022. The institutions will reopen on January 7, 2022.
Earlier this month, the Punjab Department of Higher Education (HED) had initially announced closure of educational institutions from December 21, 2021 to January 2, 2022.
In addition, a meeting of the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) was held earlier today under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar. Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mehmood SAPM Health Dr. Faisal Sultan and all other stakeholders also attended the meeting.
The meeting decided to start winter vacation in all public and private educational institutions of the country from January 3, 2022. This decision will not apply to schools and colleges in areas affected by smog and fog.
In addition, the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) announced earlier today the closure of schools and colleges under the jurisdiction of the capital Islamabad. Institutions will be closed from 3 to 9 January 2022 and will reopen on 10 January 2022.
پنجاب حکومت نے صوبے میں سرد اور خشک موسم کے پیش نظر تمام سرکاری اور نجی تعلیمی اداروں میں موسم سرما کی تعطیلات کا اعلان کر دیا ہے۔
ٹویٹر پر، پنجاب کے وزیر تعلیم، ڈاکٹر مراد راس نے لکھا کہ صوبے میں تمام اسکول اور کالج 23 دسمبر 2021 سے 6 جنوری 2022 تک بند رہیں گے۔ ادارے 7 جنوری 2022 کو دوبارہ کھلیں گے۔
اس ماہ کے شروع میں، ہائر ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ (ایچ ای ڈی) پنجاب نے ابتدائی طور پر 21 دسمبر 2021 سے 2 جنوری 2022 تک تعلیمی اداروں کی بندش کا اعلان کیا تھا۔
علاوہ ازیں نیشنل کمانڈ اینڈ آپریشن سنٹر (این سی او سی) کا اجلاس آج قبل ازیں وفاقی وزیر منصوبہ بندی اسد عمر کی زیر صدارت ہوا۔ وفاقی وزیر تعلیم شفقت محمود ایس اے پی ایم برائے صحت ڈاکٹر فیصل سلطان اور دیگر تمام اسٹیک ہولڈرز نے بھی اجلاس میں شرکت کی۔
اجلاس میں ملک کے تمام سرکاری اور نجی تعلیمی اداروں میں موسم سرما کی تعطیلات 3 جنوری 2022 سے شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا، اس فیصلے کا اطلاق سموگ اور دھند سے متاثرہ علاقوں کے اسکولوں اور کالجوں پر نہیں ہوگا۔
اس کے علاوہ، فیڈرل ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف ایجوکیشن (ایف ڈی ای) نے بھی آج کے اوائل میں اسلام آباد کے دارالحکومت کے دائرہ اختیار میں اسکولوں اور کالجوں کو بند کرنے کی اطلاع دی۔ ادارے 3 سے 9 جنوری 2022 تک بند رہیں گے اور 10 جنوری 2022 کو دوبارہ کھلیں گے۔
