شہباز شریف کی بیٹی اور داماد کے اثاثے ضبط کرنے کا عمل شروع
NAB has started the process of confiscating the assets of Shahbaz Sharif’s daughter and son-in-law.
According to details, NAB has initiated proceedings to seize the assets of Shahbaz Sharif’s daughter Rabia Imran and son-in-law Ali Imran Yousaf. In this regard, NAB has also issued letters to the registration authorities for full details of the assets of the accused.
Sources said that NAB has issued letters to Excise Department, Cooperation Department, SBP, SECP, LDA and Deputy Commissioner Lahore stating that Ali Imran and Rabia Imran had bought car plots, residential houses. Ordered to provide records of purchased and commercial properties.
According to sources, once the list is completed, the NAB will take possession of all properties and assets. The accountability court had also ordered confiscation of assets declared fugitive due to the persistent absence of the accused.

تفصیلات کے مطابق نیب نے شہباز شریف کی بیٹی رابعہ عمران اور داماد علی عمران یوسف کے اثاثے ضبط کرنے کے لیے کارروائی شروع کی ہے۔ اس حوالے سے نیب نے ملزم کے اثاثوں کی مکمل تفصیلات کے لیے رجسٹریشن حکام کو خطوط بھی جاری کیے ہیں۔
ذرائع نے بتایا کہ نیب نے محکمہ ایکسائز ، کوآپریشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ ، ایس بی پی ، ایس ای سی پی ، ایل ڈی اے اور ڈپٹی کمشنر لاہور کو خطوط جاری کیے ہیں جن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ علی عمران اور رابعہ عمران نے کار پلاٹ ، رہائشی مکانات خریدے ہیں اور تجارتی جائیدادوں کا ریکارڈ فراہم کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔
ذرائع کے مطابق فہرست مکمل ہونے کے بعد نیب تمام جائیدادوں اور اثاثوں کا قبضہ لے لے گا۔ احتساب عدالت نے ملزم کی مسلسل عدم موجودگی کی وجہ سے مفرور قرار دیے گئے اثاثے ضبط کرنے کا بھی حکم دیا تھا۔
