صدر کا پبلک محکموں میں “ای آفس کلچر” متعارف کروانے کی ضرورت پر زور
صدر ڈاکٹر عارف علوی نے بحری امور کی وزارت کی ویب سائٹ کے آغاز کے موقع پر بات کرتے ہوئے عوامی محکموں میں انوویٹیو انفارمیشن اینڈ کمیونیکیشن ٹیکنالوجیز (آئی سی ٹی) کو اپنانے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا تاکہ ان کی کارکردگی کو بہتر بنایا جاسکے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ دنیا نے پیپر لیس ماحول کو تبدیل کردیا ہے اور پاکستان میں سرکاری تنظیموں کو بھی ای آفس کی ثقافت کو اپنانے کی ضرورت ہے۔
صدر علوی نے کہا کہ انٹرنیٹ ، ورچوئل رئیلٹی اور مصنوعی ذہانت کے توسط سے چوتھے صنعتی انقلاب نے طرز زندگی کو تبدیل کردیا ہے ، کیونکہ ان ٹیکنالوجیز نے لوگوں کے مابین مواصلات اور ان کی پیداوری میں اضافہ کرنے میں مدد کی ہے۔
صدر علوی نے ذکر کیا کہ سوشل میڈیا ٹول تیزی سے تیار ہورہے ہیں اور عوامی دفاتر کو ان ٹولز کے موثر استعمال کے ذریعے سرکاری عوامی افعال تک آسان رسائی کو یقینی بنانا ہوگا۔ انہوں نے ویب سائٹ کے آغاز پر وزیر برائے سمندری امور سید علی حیدر زیدی کو مبارکباد پیش کی۔
قبل ازیں ، وزیر نے صدر کو اپنی وزارت کے کردار اور کارناموں کے بارے میں بتایا۔
Speaking on the occasion of launching the website of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, President Dr. Arif Alvi stressed on the need to adopt Innovative Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in public departments to improve their performance.
He said that the world has changed the paperless environment and government organizations in Pakistan also need to adopt the culture of e-office.
President Alvi said that through the Internet, virtual reality and artificial intelligence, the Fourth Industrial Revolution has changed lifestyles, as these technologies have helped increase communication between people and increase their productivity.
President Alvi noted that social media tools are evolving rapidly and public offices need to ensure easy access to government public functions through the effective use of these tools. He congratulated Minister for Maritime Affairs Syed Ali Haider Zaidi on launching the website.
Earlier, the Minister briefed the President on the role and achievements of his ministry.
