President Dr. Arif Alvi said in a meeting with a delegation from the Real Estate Consultant Association (RECA), led by Sardar Tahir Mehmood, the president’s association of real estate agents, who called him at Aiwan-e-Sadr, to help set up a property regulator to facilitate the property sector and to strengthen. He said the package, which introduced several incentives for the construction industry, would also help boost the real estate sector.
The delegation briefed the President on the problems and challenges facing the country’s real estate sector and also confirmed that the real estate sector was badly affected by the recession and the current COVID-19 pandemic, and requested government support in this regard.
