وزیر اعظم کے معاونین دوہری شہریت پر نااہل نہیں ہوسکتے: اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے دوہری شہریت رکھنے والے وزیر اعظم کو خصوصی معاونین کی برطرفی کی درخواست کو مسترد کردیا۔
چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ (IHC) اطہر من اللہ نے دوہری شہریت والے وزیر اعظم کے معاونین کی معطلی اور برطرفی کی درخواست کو مسترد کرتے ہوئے تحریری فیصلہ جاری کیا ہے۔
فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ دوہری شہریت کی وجہ سے وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی کو ہٹانے کی درخواست مسترد کردی گئی ہے۔ دوہری شہریت کی بنیاد پر وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی کو نااہل نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔ دوہری شہریت والا شخص بھی پاکستانی ہے۔
فیصلے میں کہا گیا تھا کہ وزیر اعظم عوام کے سامنے جوابدہ ہیں ، تنہا ریاستی نظام نہیں چلا سکتے ، وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی کو دہری شہریت پر شک نہیں کیا جاسکتا ، معاون خصوصی کی تقرری وزیر اعظم کا وقار ہے اور کوئی بھی نہیں ہے۔ تعداد پر پابندی۔
یاد رہے کہ پاکستان منسیف پارٹی کے چیئرمین ملک منصف نے دوہری شہریوں کی بطور خصوصی معاون تقرری کو چیلنج کیا تھا۔
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has denied a petition to remove special assistants to the dual citizens’ prime minister.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) Supreme Judge Athar Minallah has issued a written decision refusing a petition requesting the suspension and release of the dual Prime Minister’s aides.
The decision states that the request to dismiss the Prime Minister’s special assistant is rejected due to dual citizenship. The Prime Minister’s Special Assistant cannot be disqualified due to dual citizenship. A person with dual citizenship is also a Pakistani.
The decision said that the prime minister is accountable to the people, cannot run the state system on his own, the prime minister’s special assistant cannot doubt dual citizenship, the special assistant’s appointment is the prime minister’s prerogative, and there is no limit to the number.
It should be recalled that Pakistan Munsif Party leader Malik Munsif contested the appointment of dual nationals as special assistants.
