پاکستان شوگر ملوں کی تحقیقات کی جائیں گی کیونکہ عدالت نے تحفظ ختم کیا
سپریم کورٹ نے منگل کے روز فیصلہ سنایا کہ حکام کو سندھ ہائی کورٹ کے 12 مل معطلی کے حکم کے خلاف فیصلے کے بعد تمام شوگر ملوں سے متعلق تحقیقات جاری رکھنی چاہئے۔
عدالت نے کہا کہ حکومت اور اس کے اداروں کو قانون کے تحت اپنی تفتیش جاری رکھنی چاہئے۔
عدالت نے حکومت کو مشورہ دیا کہ شوگر ملوں کے خلاف غیر ضروری اقدامات نہ کریں۔ سپریم کورٹ سندھ اور اسلام آباد کو شوگر کمیشن کے خلاف درخواستوں پر تین ہفتوں میں فیصلہ سنانے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے۔
سرکاری اہلکاروں کو اس پر تبصرہ کرنے سے روکا گیا۔
2 جولائی کو عدالت نے فیصلہ دیا کہ شوگر کمیشن کے ذریعہ 12 شوگر ملوں کا معائنہ نہیں کیا گیا کیونکہ اس نے 22 جون کے سندھ ہائیکورٹ کے فیصلے کو برقرار رکھا ہے ، جس نے انہیں تفتیش سے تحفظ فراہم کیا ہے۔ سپریم کورٹ کے دو رکنی بینک کے بارے میں کہا گیا تھا کہ وہ اس مقدمے پر فیصلہ نہیں دے پائیں گے کیونکہ یہ حکم سندھ ہائیکورٹ سے جج عمر سیال اور جج ذوالفقار علی سانگی پر مشتمل دو رکنی بنچ نے جاری کیا تھا۔
منگل کے روز ایک تین رکنی بنچ نے معاملہ اٹھایا۔
اٹارنی جنرل خالد جاوید خان نے 2 جولائی کو دلائل دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ تحقیقات کو روکنے کے لئے سپریم کورٹ کا کوئی دائرہ اختیار نہیں ہے۔ انہوں نے یہ بھی پوچھا کہ شوگر مل مالکان 20 جون کو اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے فیصلے کے بعد سندھ ہائیکورٹ کا رخ کیسے کرتے ہیں کہ کمیٹی کے ذریعہ تمام ملوں کی جانچ ہوگی۔

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that the authorities should continue investigating all sugar mills after the Sindh High Court’s decision to suspend 12 mills.
The court said the government and its agencies should continue their investigation under the law.
The court advised the government not to take unnecessary action against sugar mills. The Supreme Court of Sindh and Islamabad have been directed to decide on the petitions against the Sugar Commission within three weeks.
Officials were not immediately available for comment.
On July 2, the court ruled that 12 sugar mills were not inspected by the Sugar Commission as it upheld the June 22 decision of the Sindh High Court, which protected them from investigation. The two-member bench of the Supreme Court was told that it would not be able to rule on the case as the order was issued by a two-member bench of the Sindh High Court comprising Justice Umar Sial and Justice Zulfiqar Ali Sangi.
A three-member bench took up the matter on Tuesday.
Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan argued July 2 that the Supreme Court had no jurisdiction to stop the investigation. He also asked how the sugar mill owners turn to the Sindh High Court after the decision of the Islamabad High Court on June 20 that all the mills would be inspected by the committee.
There are a total of 93 sugar mills in Pakistan.
