پاکستان نے ایف اے ٹی ایف کے منصوبوں کو عملی جامہ پہنانے میں اہم پیشرفت کی ہے: ڈاکٹر عبدالحفیظ شیخ
وزیر خزانہ اور محصولات کے مشیر ڈاکٹر عبد الحفیظ شیخ نے کہا کہ پاکستان بین الاقوامی برادری کا ایک قابل اعتماد اور ذمہ دار رکن ہے اس نےدہشت گرد حکومت کی مالی اعانت انسداد منی لانڈرنگ کو موثر بنانے اور اس سے نمٹنے کے لئے فنانشل ایکشن ٹاسک فورس کے ایکشن پلان کی جلد از جلد تکمیل کو یقینی بنایا۔ ۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق ، مشیر زوم کے ذریعے بین الاقوامی مالیاتی احتساب ، شفافیت ، اور سالمیت کے 2030 ایجنڈے کے حصول کے لئے سالمیت سے متعلق اعلی سطحی پینل کو ایک اہم بیان دے رہا تھے تاکہ 2030 ایجنڈے کو پائیدار ترقی کے نفاذ میں کردار ادا کیا جاسکے۔
ڈاکٹر حفیظ شیخ نے کہا کہ پاکستان نے ایف اے ٹی ایف کے ایکشن پلان 27 میں سے 14 کو پہلے ہی خطاب کیا ہے جبکہ باقی 13 افراد سے نمٹنے میں بھرپور پیشرفت ہوئی ہے۔
مزید یہ کہ حفیظ شیخ نے پینل کو بتایا کہ پاکستان نے باہمی تشخیص رپورٹ کے مجوزہ اقدامات سے نمٹنے میں اہم پیشرفت کی ہے ، جس میں تکنیکی تعمیل کو پورا کرنے کے لئے 15 قانونی ترمیمیں شامل ہیں۔
Prime Minister of Finance and Revenue Adviser, Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh said Pakistan is a reliable and responsible member of the international community to ensure the earliest possible fulfillment of the Financial Action Task Force’s action plan by making its anti-money laundering effective and combating the financing of the terrorist regime.
According to the details, the consultant made a policy statement via Zoom to the high-level panel on international financial responsibility, transparency and integrity to achieve the 2030 Agenda to help implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Dr. Hafeez Shaikh said Pakistan has already raised 14 out of 27 points in the FATF action plan, while progress has been made in addressing the remaining 13 points.
In addition, Hafeez Shaikh informed the panel that Pakistan has made significant progress in implementing the recommended actions in the mutual assessment report, which included 15 legislative changes to comply with technical regulations.
