پاکستان کسٹمز نے تجارتی بنیادوں پر منی لانڈرنگ کا انکشاف کیا
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) said in a statement issued on Saturday that after Pakistan Customs, the clearance audit has found the case of under-invoicing and trade-based money laundering of an importer engaged in consignment clearance on fake receipts.
It said that the Directorate General of Customs Post Clearance Audit conducted a detailed inspection on the case being pursued by the Chief Collector of Customs Appraisal South, Karachi.
Revenue officials said the Lahore-based businessman imported goods at a much lower price than the original amount.
An exporter of goods in a foreign country has confirmed that the invoice value declared by the importer is very low invoiced and the original receipts were not declared with customs, instead fake and angry invoices were presented. ۔
After a detailed audit and investigation of the case, an FIR has been registered against the importer. The importer has saved Rs 186 million from taxes and levies.

اس میں کہا گیا کہ کسٹم پوسٹ کلیرنس آڈٹ کے ڈائریکٹوریٹ جنرل نے کسٹمس اپریسمنٹ ساؤتھ ، کراچی کے چیف کلیکٹر کے ذریعہ آگے چلائے جانے والے کیس پر تفصیلی معائنہ کیا۔
محصولات کے حکام نے بتایا کہ لاہور سے تعلق رکھنے والے بزنس مین نے قیمتوں کو اصل رقم سے بڑے پیمانے پر کم قرار دے کر سامان درآمد کیا۔
کسی بیرونی ملک میں سامان برآمد کرنے والے نے اس بات کی تصدیق کی ہے کہ درآمد کنندہ کے ذریعہ اعلان کردہ انوائس ویلیو سراسر کم انوائسڈ ہے اور کسٹم کے ساتھ اصل رسیدیں نہیں اعلان کی گئیں ، اس کے بجائے جعلی اور غصے والے رسیدیں پیش کی گئیں۔
کیس کی تفصیلی آڈٹ اور تفتیش کے بعد ، درآمد کنندہ کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کی گئی ہے۔ امپورٹر نے 186 ملین روپے مالیت کی ٹیکس اور ٹیکس سے بچایا ہے۔
