جنگ بندی کی خلاف ورزی پر پاک فوج نے بھارتی سفارت کار کو طلب کیا
لائن آف کنٹرول کے ساتھ ہندوستانی قابض افواج کی طرف سے فائر بندی کی خلاف ورزیوں پر پاکستان کا شدید احتجاج درج کرنے کے لئے بدھ کے روز ایک سینئر ہندوستانی سفارتکار کو وزارت خارجہ امور میں طلب کیا گیا تھا۔
دفتر خارجہ کی ترجمان عائشہ فاروقی نے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ لائن لائن آف کنٹرول کے رخچیکری سیکٹر میں گذشتہ روز بھارتی قابض فورسز کی بلااشتعال اور بلا اشتعال فائرنگ سے 3 بے گناہ شہری شدید زخمی ہوگئے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ کنٹرول لائن اور ورکنگ باؤنڈری کے ساتھ ساتھ بھارتی قابض فورسز شہری آبادی والے علاقوں کو توپ خانے سے آگ ، بھاری صلاحیت والے مارٹر اور خودکار ہتھیاروں سے مسلسل نشانہ بنارہی ہے۔
بھارتی قابض افواج کے ذریعہ بے گناہ شہریوں کو نشانہ بنانے کے قابل مذمت کرتے ہوئے ترجمان نے تاکید کی کہ اس طرح کی بے وقوفانہ حرکتیں 2003 کے سیز فائر کی تفہیم کی صریح خلاف ورزی ہیں اور یہ تمام انسانی بنیادوں اور پیشہ ورانہ فوجی طرز عمل کے بھی خلاف ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ بین الاقوامی قوانین کی یہ بے حد خلاف ورزییں کنٹرول لائن کے ساتھ ساتھ صورتحال کو بڑھانے کی ہندوستانی کوششوں کی عکاسی کرتی ہیں اور یہ علاقائی امن و سلامتی کے لئے خطرہ ہیں۔
A senior Indian diplomat was called to the State Department on Wednesday to register Pakistan’s strong protest against the ceasefire violations by the Indian occupation forces along the control line.
In a statement, Foreign Office spokeswoman Aisha Farooqui said three innocent civilians had sustained serious injuries yesterday as a result of indiscriminate and unprovoked shots by Indian occupation forces in the Rakhchikri sector of the control line.
She said the Indian occupation forces along the LoC and the Working Boundary had continuously attacked civilian areas with artillery fire, heavy mortars and automatic weapons.
The spokesman condemned the unfortunate targeting of innocent civilians by the Indian occupation forces and emphasized that such senseless acts clearly violate the 2003 ceasefire agreement and also violate all established humanitarian norms and professional military conduct.
She said these tremendous violations of international law reflect consistent Indian attempts to escalate the situation along the LoC and pose a threat to regional peace and security.
