عمر ایوب نے ایچ ڈی آئی پی میں یورو 4 اور 5 فیول ٹیسٹنگ لیب کا افتتاح کیا
وزیر پیٹرولیم عمر ایوب خان نے وزیر اعظم عمران خان کی ہدایت پر ہائیڈرو کاربن ڈویلپمنٹ انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف پاکستان (ایچ ڈی آئی پی) میں یورو 4اور 5 معیاری ایندھن کی چیکنگ کے لئے لیبارٹری کا افتتاح کیا ، تاکہ جدید ترین گاڑیوں اور ماحولیاتی مسائل جیسے اسموگ اور فضائی آلودگی سے نمٹنے کے لئے اعلی درجے کے ایندھن کی دستیابی کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے۔
ان ہدایات کے بعد ، پیٹرولیم ڈویژن کی جانب سے یورو 4 اور 5 ایندھن کی درآمد کو مقامی سطح پر تیار کرنے اور شروع کرنے کے لئے حکمت عملی تیار کی جارہی ہے۔ اس وقت ملک میں یورو 2 اور 3 معیاری پیٹرول اور ڈیزل دستیاب تھا۔
عمر ایوب نے میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایندھن کے نئے معیار ماحولیاتی آلودگی پر قابو پانے اور ڈیزل اور پیٹرول انجنوں کی استعداد کار کو بہتر بنانے میں معاون ثابت ہوں گے۔ “اعلی درجے کے ایندھن کے معیار کو اپنانا اور ہائی ٹیک گاڑیوں میں ان کا استعمال کم استعمال کی وجہ سے زرمبادلہ کی بچت میں مدد فراہم کرے گا۔”

جبکہ پیٹرولیم ڈویژن نے ایک نیوز ریلیز میں کہا ہے کہ اس نے پہلے بھی ایچ ڈی آئی پی کے لئے ایک اعلی اپ گریڈیشن پلان بنانے کی منظوری دی تھی۔ “یہ پٹرولیم ڈویژن کے اپنے تمام اداروں میں بین الاقوامی بہترین طریقوں کو متعارف کرانے کے اقدام کے تسلسل میں ہے۔”
اس منصوبے کے تحت اسلام آباد ، لاہور ، کراچی ، پشاور ، کوئٹہ اور ملتان میں پٹرولیم جانچ کی تمام سہولیات کی اپ گریڈیشن کا تصور کیا گیا ہے۔
اس منصوبے میں اسلام آباد میں پیٹرولیم ٹیسٹنگ لیبارٹری کی آئی ایس او سرٹیفیکیشن بھی شامل ہے۔ اس منصوبے کو 303.698 ملین روپے کی لاگت سے دو سال کے عرصے میں لاگو کیا جائے گا۔
Petroleum Minister Omar Ayub Khan inaugurated a laboratory at the Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan (HDIP) on the instructions of Prime Minister Imran Khan for checking Euro 4 and 5 standard fuels, so that the latest vehicles and environmental issues such as smog And to ensure the availability of advanced fuel to combat air pollution.
Following these guidelines, the Petroleum Division is developing a strategy to develop and launch Euro 4 and 5 fuel imports locally. At that time Euro 2 and 3 standard petrol and diesel were available in the country.
Speaking to the media, Omar Ayub said that the new fuel standards would help control pollution and improve the efficiency of diesel and gasoline engines.
“Adoption of high-grade fuel standards and their usage in high-tech vehicles will help save foreign exchange due to their less consumption.”el standards and using them in high-tech vehicles, foreign exchange can be saved due to low consumption.”
He further said,
“The lab will test the imported as well locally produced fuels of the increased standards. It will check that the fuels were matching the approved standards or not,”
The Petroleum Division said in a press release that it had previously approved a high-level upgrade plan for HDIP.
“This is in continuation of the Petroleum Division’s initiative to introduce international best practices in all its organizations.”
As part of this project, the modernization of all oil testing facilities in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Multan is planned.
The project also includes the ISO certification of the Petroleum Testing Laboratory in Islamabad. The project will run for two years at a cost of Rs 303.698 million.
