وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان کے خلاف عدم اعتماد
Angry members of the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) have filed a motion of no confidence against Chief Minister Jam Kamal Aliani, after which the months-long crisis has escalated.
The motion of no confidence against Chief Minister Jam Kamal has the signatures of 14 members of the Provincial Assembly and the petition has been submitted to the Secretariat of the Assembly of Baluchistan.

Provincial Assembly members Saeed Hashmi, Jan Jamali, Mir Zahoor Ahmed Baledi, Asad Baloch, Naseebullah Marri, Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran and other leaders were present at the assembly while the motion of no confidence was presented.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, Balochistan Awami Party leader Zahoor Ahmed Baledi said that the majority have not expressed any confidence in the Chief Minister, therefore the Balochistan Governor should call an assembly session soon so that a motion of censure can be filed.
He said that he again warned the Chief Minister to resign.
Asad Baloch, leader of the Balochistan National Awami Party, said there is a principle that a person is sacrificed for the good of the community. We are not an angry group but a united group.
He said that many problems have been created due to the political crisis, Jam Kamal Bazi has lost.
On the occasion, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPA Naseebullah Murree said that PTI has been an ally in Baluchistan since day one and still is, but Jam Kamal is being asked to step down immediately.
On the other hand, the chief minister of Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan, called Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind, Pakistani parliamentary leader Tehreek-e-Insaf Baluchistan, where the political situation in the province was discussed.
Earlier, on October 5, angry Balochistan Awami Party members of the provincial assembly, ministers and allies had given Balochistan’s chief minister, Jam Kamal Aliani, a day to resign.
The lawsuit by the members of the provincial assembly came after Jam Kamal resigned as chairman of the Balochistan Awami Party. Jam Kamal faced opposition from some provincial ministers and members of the party assembly and demanded the prime minister’s resignation. he had been.
It should be recalled that on September 14, 16 members of the opposition provincial assembly had presented a motion of no confidence against the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan, but due to a mistake, the Governor of Balochistan had rejected the request.
The political crisis in Baluchistan first erupted in June this year when the opposition organized several days of protests in front of the provincial assembly against the government led by Jam Kamal, which has been pushing for the development of its constituencies. It was about allocating funds in the budget for.
Subsequently, the protests escalated and the police named 17 opposition members in connection with the incident.
Subsequently, the opposition filed a motion of censure against Jam Kamal.
Dawn reported at the time that Jam Kamal also faced opposition within the party on some issues, especially the ministers’ powers over recruitment and transfers and the allocation of development funds to them.
The report said Sardar Muhammad Saleh Bhutani, the provincial local government minister, had resigned over differences with the chief minister, and Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind, Pakistan’s provincial parliamentary leader Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), had also resigned. of the Ministry of Higher Education. He had made a bitter speech in the Provincial Assembly on the differences with the Chief Minister.
Due to differences in the Balochistan Awami Party, Jam Kamal resigned from the party’s presidency last week.
Following this, a meeting of the central committee of the Balochistan Awami Party was convened, where serious concerns were expressed about the emergence of a political crisis in the province. ۔
According to the Constitution of Pakistan, the Governor must call an Assembly meeting within two weeks after the motion of no confidence.

رکن اسمبلی سعید ہاشمی ، جان جمالی ، میر ظہور احمد بلیدی ، اسد بلوچ ، نصیب اللہ مری ، سردار عبدالرحمان کھیتران اور دیگر رہنما اسمبلی میں موجود تھے جبکہ تحریک عدم اعتماد پیش کی گئی۔
اس موقع پر میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کے رہنما ظہور احمد بلیدی نے کہا کہ اکثریت نے وزیراعلیٰ پر کوئی اعتماد ظاہر نہیں کیا ، اس لیے گورنر بلوچستان کو جلد اسمبلی کا اجلاس بلانا چاہیے تاکہ سنسر کی تحریک دائر کی جا سکے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ انہوں نے ایک بار پھر وزیر اعلیٰ کو مستعفی ہونے کی وارننگ دی۔
بلوچستان نیشنل عوامی پارٹی کے رہنما اسد بلوچ نے کہا کہ ایک اصول ہے کہ ایک شخص کمیونٹی کی بھلائی کے لیے قربان ہوتا ہے۔ ہم ناراض گروپ نہیں بلکہ ایک متحد گروپ ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ سیاسی بحران کی وجہ سے کئی مسائل پیدا ہوئے ہیں ، جام کمال بازی ہار گئے ہیں۔
اس موقع پر پاکستان تحریک انصاف (پی ٹی آئی) کے ایم پی اے نصیب اللہ مری نے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی بلوچستان میں پہلے دن سے اتحادی ہے اور اب بھی ہے ، لیکن جام کمال کو فوری طور پر سبکدوش ہونے کا کہا جا رہا ہے۔
دوسری جانب بلوچستان کے وزیراعلیٰ جام کمال خان نے پاکستانی پارلیمانی لیڈر تحریک انصاف بلوچستان سردار یار محمد رند کو فون کیا ، جہاں صوبے کی سیاسی صورتحال پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔
اس سے قبل 5 اکتوبر کو بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کے ناراض اراکین صوبائی اسمبلی ، وزراء اور اتحادیوں نے بلوچستان کے وزیراعلیٰ جام کمال علیانی کو استعفیٰ دینے کا ایک دن دیا تھا۔
اراکین صوبائی اسمبلی کی جانب سے یہ مقدمہ جام کمال کے بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کے چیئرمین کے عہدے سے مستعفی ہونے کے بعد سامنے آیا۔ جام کمال کو کچھ صوبائی وزراء اور پارٹی اسمبلی کے ارکان کی مخالفت کا سامنا کرنا پڑا اور وزیراعظم سے استعفیٰ کا مطالبہ کیا۔ وہ تھا
یاد رہے کہ 14 ستمبر کو اپوزیشن کی صوبائی اسمبلی کے 16 ارکان نے وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان جام کمال خان کے خلاف تحریک عدم اعتماد پیش کی تھی تاہم ایک غلطی کی وجہ سے گورنر بلوچستان نے درخواست مسترد کر دی تھی۔
بلوچستان میں سیاسی بحران سب سے پہلے اس سال جون میں شروع ہوا جب اپوزیشن نے جام کمال کی قیادت والی حکومت کے خلاف صوبائی اسمبلی کے سامنے کئی دنوں کے احتجاج کا اہتمام کیا جو کہ اپنے حلقوں کی ترقی کے لیے زور دے رہی ہے۔ یہ بجٹ میں فنڈز مختص کرنے کے بارے میں تھا۔
اس کے بعد ، احتجاج بڑھ گیا اور پولیس نے اس واقعے کے سلسلے میں 17 اپوزیشن ارکان کو نامزد کیا۔
اس کے بعد اپوزیشن نے جام کمال کے خلاف تنقید کی تحریک دائر کی۔

رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ صوبائی وزیر بلدیات سردار محمد صالح بھوتانی نے وزیراعلیٰ سے اختلافات کے باعث استعفیٰ دیا تھا اور پاکستان کے صوبائی پارلیمانی لیڈر تحریک انصاف سردار یار محمد رند نے بھی استعفیٰ دے دیا تھا۔ وزارت اعلیٰ تعلیم انہوں نے وزیراعلیٰ کے ساتھ اختلافات پر صوبائی اسمبلی میں تلخ کلامی کی تھی۔
بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی میں اختلافات کے باعث جام کمال نے گزشتہ ہفتے پارٹی کی صدارت سے استعفیٰ دے دیا۔
جس کے بعد بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کی مرکزی کمیٹی کا اجلاس طلب کیا گیا ، جس میں صوبے میں سیاسی بحران کے ابھرنے پر شدید تحفظات کا اظہار کیا گیا۔ ۔
آئین پاکستان کے مطابق گورنر کو تحریک عدم اعتماد کے بعد دو ہفتوں کے اندر اسمبلی کا اجلاس بلانا ہوگا۔
