مزید خلاف ورزیوں پر ٹی ایل پی کو کوئی رعایت نہیں دی جائے گی: قومی سلامتی کونسل
The National Security Committee condemned the actions of the banned Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan (TLP) and said that no concessions will be made to the TLP for further violations.
A meeting of the National Security Committee was held in Islamabad under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
According to a statement issued after the meeting, the meeting was attended by Federal Ministers, National Security Adviser, Chairman of the Committee of Joint Chiefs of Staff, Heads of the three Armed Forces, DG ISI, IB and FIA and other senior civil officials and military. ۔
The committee was briefed on the internal situation in the country and the protests of the TLP, the statement read.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that no group or element would be allowed to disrupt the law and order situation and put pressure on the government.
According to the statement, the meeting expressed deep concern over the loss of life and property during the TLP protests and the committee promised that no further concessions would be made to alter the rule of law.
The statement said the National Security Committee paid tribute to the professionalism and patience of the police, in which four staff members were martyred and more than 400 were injured.
The committee reiterated that restraint should not be construed as a weakness, the police have the right to defend themselves to protect life and property.
During the meeting it was said that the State recognizes the right to peaceful protest, but the TLP deliberately damaged public and private property and tortured officials, an unacceptable attitude.
The committee said the state will hold talks within the purview of the constitution and the law and will not accept unconstitutional and unjustified lawsuits.
According to the statement, the Prime Minister and members of the National Security Committee offered condolences to police personnel who were martyred while maintaining public order and said that compensation and patronage would be guaranteed to the families of martyred personnel.
The Prime Minister said that the government would continue to provide all kinds of assistance and support to law enforcement personnel while protecting the people.
The committee said that no previous government or prime minister has done as much domestically and internationally as it did to protect the Prophet’s honor and eradicate Islamophobia.
The statement says that the government has successfully raised these issues at the United Nations, the OIC, the European Union and other international forums and that the main objective of the establishment of the Rahmat-ul-Alamin Authority is to reject negative propaganda against Islam. .
According to a statement issued after the meeting, the committee strongly condemned the misleading and deceptive use of the Holy Prophet by the TLP, which has fueled sectarianism and benefited anti-state elements.
The statement said that billions of Muslims love and have devotion to the Holy Name of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), but no property or people have been harmed in any other Islamic state.
The committee said TLP has created a negative image of Pakistan around the world.
The TLP was quoted as saying that the TLP had resorted to violent protests several times in the past, severely damaging the country’s economy and challenging state governance.
The committee said the National Security Committee unanimously reiterated its commitment to protect the sovereignty of the state from any internal or external threat.
He said the committee decided that talks with TLP would take place only within the purview of the constitution and the law.
The NSC said that the TLP will not be given any scope for further violations of the law nor will it accept illegitimate lawsuits, nor will it be allowed to challenge the state government.
On the occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan ordered that all measures be taken to protect the life and property of the people and to maintain the state government.

اسلام آباد میں وزیراعظم عمران خان کی زیر صدارت قومی سلامتی کمیٹی کا اجلاس ہوا۔
اجلاس کے بعد جاری کردہ اعلامیہ کے مطابق اجلاس میں وفاقی وزراء، قومی سلامتی کے مشیر، کمیٹی آف جوائنٹ چیفس آف اسٹاف کے چیئرمین، تینوں مسلح افواج کے سربراہان، ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی، آئی بی اور ایف آئی اے اور دیگر اعلیٰ سول حکام نے شرکت کی۔ فوجی ۔
بیان میں کہا گیا کہ کمیٹی کو ملک کی اندرونی صورتحال اور ٹی ایل پی کے احتجاج پر بریفنگ دی گئی۔
وزیراعظم عمران خان نے کہا کہ کسی گروہ یا عنصر کو امن و امان کی صورتحال خراب کرنے اور حکومت پر دباؤ ڈالنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی۔
بیان کے مطابق اجلاس میں ٹی ایل پی کے احتجاج کے دوران جانی و مالی نقصان پر گہری تشویش کا اظہار کیا گیا اور کمیٹی نے وعدہ کیا کہ قانون کی حکمرانی کو تبدیل کرنے کے لیے مزید کوئی رعایت نہیں برتی جائے گی۔
بیان میں کہا گیا کہ قومی سلامتی کمیٹی نے پولیس کی پیشہ وارانہ مہارت اور صبر کو خراج تحسین پیش کیا جس میں عملے کے 4 افراد شہید اور 400 سے زائد زخمی ہوئے۔
کمیٹی نے اس بات کا اعادہ کیا کہ تحمل کو کمزوری نہ سمجھا جائے، پولیس کو جان و مال کے تحفظ کے لیے اپنے دفاع کا حق حاصل ہے۔
اجلاس کے دوران کہا گیا کہ ریاست پرامن احتجاج کے حق کو تسلیم کرتی ہے تاہم ٹی ایل پی نے جان بوجھ کر سرکاری اور نجی املاک کو نقصان پہنچایا اور اہلکاروں پر تشدد کیا جو ناقابل قبول رویہ ہے۔
کمیٹی نے کہا کہ ریاست آئین اور قانون کے دائرے میں رہ کر مذاکرات کرے گی اور غیر آئینی اور بلاجواز مقدمات کو قبول نہیں کرے گی۔
بیان کے مطابق وزیراعظم اور قومی سلامتی کمیٹی کے ارکان نے امن عامہ برقرار رکھتے ہوئے شہید ہونے والے پولیس اہلکاروں سے تعزیت کی اور کہا کہ شہید اہلکاروں کے اہل خانہ کو معاوضہ اور سرپرستی کی ضمانت دی جائے گی۔
وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ حکومت عوام کی حفاظت کرتے ہوئے قانون نافذ کرنے والے اہلکاروں کو ہر قسم کی مدد اور تعاون فراہم کرتی رہے گی۔
کمیٹی نے کہا کہ کسی بھی سابق حکومت یا وزیر اعظم نے ملکی اور بین الاقوامی سطح پر اتنا کام نہیں کیا جتنا اس نے پیغمبر اسلام کے تحفظ اور اسلامو فوبیا کے خاتمے کے لیے کیا۔
بیان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ حکومت نے ان مسائل کو اقوام متحدہ، او آئی سی، یورپی یونین اور دیگر عالمی فورمز پر کامیابی سے اٹھایا ہے اور رحمت العالمین اتھارٹی کے قیام کا بنیادی مقصد اسلام کے خلاف منفی پروپیگنڈے کو مسترد کرنا ہے۔ .
اجلاس کے بعد جاری ہونے والے ایک بیان کے مطابق کمیٹی نے ٹی ایل پی کی جانب سے نبی پاک کے گستاخانہ اور گمراہ کن استعمال کی شدید مذمت کی جس سے فرقہ واریت کو ہوا دی گئی اور ریاست دشمن عناصر کو فائدہ پہنچا۔
بیان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ اربوں مسلمان نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے مقدس نام سے محبت اور عقیدت رکھتے ہیں لیکن کسی دوسری اسلامی ریاست میں کسی جان و مال کو نقصان نہیں پہنچا۔
کمیٹی نے کہا کہ ٹی ایل پی نے دنیا بھر میں پاکستان کا منفی امیج بنایا ہے۔
ٹی ایل پی کے حوالے سے کہا گیا ہے کہ ٹی ایل پی نے ماضی میں کئی بار پرتشدد مظاہروں کا سہارا لیا، جس سے ملکی معیشت کو شدید نقصان پہنچا اور ریاستی حکمرانی کو چیلنج کیا گیا۔
کمیٹی نے کہا کہ قومی سلامتی کمیٹی نے متفقہ طور پر ریاست کی خود مختاری کو کسی بھی اندرونی یا بیرونی خطرے سے بچانے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ کمیٹی نے فیصلہ کیا کہ ٹی ایل پی سے بات چیت آئین اور قانون کے دائرے میں رہ کر ہی ہوگی۔
این ایس سی نے کہا کہ ٹی ایل پی کو قانون کی مزید خلاف ورزیوں کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں دی جائے گی اور نہ ہی وہ ناجائز مقدمات کو قبول کرے گی اور نہ ہی اسے ریاستی حکومت کو چیلنج کرنے کی اجازت دی جائے گی۔
اس موقع پر وزیراعظم عمران خان نے حکم دیا کہ عوام کے جان و مال کے تحفظ اور ریاستی حکومت کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے تمام اقدامات کیے جائیں۔
