نیپرا بجلی کی قیمتوں میں مزید اضافہ کرے گا
The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has issued notification of increase in electricity prices with reference to fuel price adjustment for September 2021.
The hearing was held by the authority in the last week of October as the Central Power Purchase Agency (CPPA) had filed a petition seeking an increase of up to Rs. The reference fuel price was Rs 2.68 per unit. The average production cost in September is Rs. 5.02 per unit 7.55 per unit
The notification of increase will be applicable to the customers of all the previous distribution companies of WAPDA except the customers of Electric and Lifeline. Consumers will be added in November.
According to the details, the tariff increase has been approved with reference to the Monthly Fuel Cost Adjustment (FCA) of September 2021 and it will be collected from the consumers in the billing month of November 2021.
The price increase will apply to all categories of consumers except Lifeline customers and Electric users using less than 50 units. The price of electricity is expected to increase by Rs 2.51 per unit.
نیشنل الیکٹرک پاور ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی (نیپرا) نے ستمبر 2021 کے لیے فیول پرائس ایڈجسٹمنٹ کے حوالے سے بجلی کی قیمتوں میں اضافے کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا ہے۔
اتھارٹی کی طرف سے اکتوبر کے آخری ہفتے میں سماعت ہوئی کیونکہ سنٹرل پاور پرچیز ایجنسی (سی پی پی اے) نے ایک درخواست دائر کی تھی جس میں روپے تک کے اضافے کی درخواست کی گئی تھی۔ حوالہ ایندھن کی قیمت 2.68 روپے فی یونٹ تھی۔ ستمبر میں اوسط پیداواری لاگت روپے ہے۔ 5.02 فی یونٹ 7.55 فی یونٹ
اضافے کا نوٹیفکیشن الیکٹرک اور لائف لائن کے صارفین کے علاوہ واپڈا کی تمام سابقہ تقسیم کار کمپنیوں کے صارفین پر لاگو ہوگا۔ نومبر میں صارفین کو شامل کیا جائے گا۔
تفصیلات کے مطابق، ٹیرف میں اضافے کی منظوری ستمبر 2021 کے ماہانہ فیول کاسٹ ایڈجسٹمنٹ کے حوالے سے دی گئی ہے اور یہ نومبر 2021 کے بلنگ مہینے میں صارفین سے وصول کی جائے گی۔
قیمتوں میں اضافے کا اطلاق تمام کیٹیگریز کے صارفین پر ہوگا سوائے لائف لائن صارفین اور 50 یونٹس سے کم استعمال کرنے والے کے الیکٹرک کے صارفین۔ بجلی کی قیمت میں 2 روپے 51 پیسے فی یونٹ تک اضافہ متوقع ہے
