نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ: حکومت مکانات کی تعمیر کی لاگت 30000 روپے ادا کرے گی
وزیر اعظم عمران خان کا کہنا ہے کہ حکومت نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ منصوبے کے تحت تعمیر کیے جانے والے پہلے 100،000 مکانات کے لئے مکان کی کل لاگت کا 30000 روپے ادا کرے گی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ پوری دنیا اپنی معیشت کو چلانے کےلیے پریشان ہے ، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ تمام ممالک میں امدادی پیکیج دیئے جارہے ہیں۔
وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ پاکستان نے رہائش اور تعمیراتی صنعت کے ذریعہ وبائی امراض میں اپنی معیشت چلانے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔
جمعہ کو اسلام آباد میں رہائش ، تعمیر و ترقی سے متعلق قومی رابطہ کمیٹی کے اجلاس کی صدارت کے بعد وزیر اعظم میڈیا سے خطاب کر رہے تھے۔
نیا پاکستان ہاؤسنگ اسکیم میں ہر گھر کو تین لاکھ روپے کی سبسڈی دی جائے گی۔ یہ منصوبوں میں پہلے 100،000 مکانات کے لئے ہوگا۔
دوسرا فیصلہ یہ ہوا کہ لوگوں کو پانچ مرلہ مکان پر صرف 5٪ سود ادا کرنا پڑے گا۔
اجلاس میں ایک اور فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان نے بینکوں کو ہدایت کی ہے کہ وہ تعمیراتی صنعت کے لئے اپنے کل پورٹ فولیو کا 5٪ رکھیں۔ اس سے 330 ارب روپے بنتے ہیں۔
تمام صوبوں کی اتفاق رائے سے چوتھا فیصلہ یہ ہوا کہ معماروں اور تعمیراتی صنعت کے عمل کو آسان بنانے کے لئے اسے ون ونڈو آپریشن بنایا جائے۔
وزیر اعظم نے کہا ، “ہم عدم اعتراض کے سرٹیفکیٹ کی ضروریات کو کم کر رہے ہیں اور منظوری پر وقت کی حد ڈال رہے ہیں۔”
انہوں نے واضح کیا کہ یہ حالات صرف اس سال کے لئے ہیں کیونکہ کورونا وائرس وبائی امراض کی وجہ سے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا ، 31 دسمبر 2020 کے بعد ہمیں اپنی بین الاقوامی ذمہ داریوں پر عمل پیرا ہونا پڑے گا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ کسی بھی حکومت نے تعمیراتی صنعت کو اس طرح کے مراعات نہیں دی ہیں۔
The government is paying 300,000 rupees of the total cost of a house for the first 100,000 houses built as part of the Naya Pakistan Housing project, Prime Minister Imran Khan said.
The whole world is concerned about how they can run their economy, he said, adding that aid packages are available in all countries.
The prime minister said Pakistan had decided to run its pandemic economy through the housing and construction industries.
PM Khan spoke to the media after leading a session of the National Housing, Building and Development Coordinating Committee in Islamabad on Friday.
A grant of Rs 300,000 is granted for each house in the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme. This applies to the first 100,000 houses in the projects.
The second decision was that people only have to pay 5% interest on a five marla house.
Another decision of the meeting was that the State Bank of Pakistan instructed banks to keep 5% of their overall portfolio for the construction industry. This amounts to 330 billion rupees.
The fourth decision, made by consensus across all provinces, was to make it a one-window operation to simplify the process for builders and the construction industry.
“We are reducing the requirements for safe certificates and setting deadlines for approvals,” said the Prime Minister.
These conditions, he clarified, are only for this year because of the coronavirus pandemic. We have to stick to our international commitments after December 31, 2020, he said.
No government has ever given the construction industry such incentives, he said.
