The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) began investigating the theft of wheat worth 7 billion rupees on Saturday in Sindh. A team of two senior officials from the office have been trained by DG NAB. The team was instructed to submit its investigation report as soon as possible.
The government of Sindh reported on Monday the case of alleged theft of Rs 7 billion of wheat from its provincial camps to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for further investigation. It should be noted that approximately 168,000 tons of wheat have disappeared from government camps in the province. According to a report, wheat worth 7 billion rupees was stolen in February.
نیب نے سندھ میں گندم کی چوری کی تحقیقات کا آغاز کر دیا
قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) نے سندھ میں ہفتے کے روز 7 ارب روپے کی گندم کی چوری کی تحقیقات کا آغاز کیا۔ ڈی جی نیب کے ذریعہ دفتر سے دو سینئر عہدیداروں کی ٹیم کو تربیت دی گئی ہے۔ ٹیم کو ہدایت کی گئی کہ وہ جلد سے جلد اپنی تفتیشی رپورٹ پیش کرے۔
حکومت سندھ نے پیر کو اپنے صوبائی کیمپوں سے 7 ارب روپے کی گندم کی مبینہ طور پر چوری کا معاملہ مزید تفتیش کے لئے قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) کو بتایا۔ واضح رہے کہ صوبے میں سرکاری کیمپوں سے تقریبا 168،000 ٹن گندم غائب ہوگئی ہے۔ ایک رپورٹ کے مطابق فروری میں 7 ارب روپے مالیت کی گندم چوری ہوئی تھی۔
