Park Lane case against the co-chair of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Asif Ali Zardari. The Accountability Court postponed the indictment today.
During the hearing, Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur were asked in court for exemptions.
The accountant judge adjourned the trial on all references, including cases of illegal assignment of Pink Residency and Nehr e Khayyam, to the country’s COVID-19 outbreak until June 10.
On the other hand, Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur’s lawyer, Latif Khosa, asked the court to hear the cases after Eid-ul-Fitr.
The reference case on Park Lane was registered against the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari, and his sister Faryal Talpur in accordance with various sections of the National Accountability Ordinance (1999) and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (2010) .

سماعت کے دوران آصف علی زرداری اور ان کی بہن فریال تالپور کی استثنیٰ کی درخواستیں عدالت میں پیش کی گئیں۔
احتساب عدالت کے جج نے ملک میں کورونا پھیلنے کی وجہ سے پنک ریذیڈنسی اور نہر خیام غیرقانونی الاٹمنٹ کیسز سمیت تمام ریفرنسز پر عدالتی کارروائی ملتوی کردی۔
دوسری جانب آصف علی زرداری اور فریال تالپور کے وکیل لطیف کھوسہ نے عدالت سے عیدالفطر کے بعد مقدمات کی سماعت کرنے کی اپیل کی۔
