مریم نواز نے نیب میں پیشی کا فیصلہ کیا
پاکستان مسلم لیگ نواز (ن لیگ) کی نائب صدر مریم نواز نے رائے ونڈ میں سیکڑوں ایکڑ اراضی کو غیر قانونی طور پر حاصل کرنے سے متعلق کیس کی تحقیقات کے سلسلے میں قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) کے سامنے پیش ہونے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔
پارٹی ذرائع نے ریلیز کیا کہ انہوں نے یہ فیصلہ وکلا ، کنبہ کے ممبران اور پارٹی قائدین سے مشاورت کے بعد کیا ہے۔ نیب نے مریم سے گیارہ اگست کو اپنی مشترکہ تحقیقاتی ٹیم کے سامنے رجوع کرنے کے لئے کہا ہے اور اس کے ساتھ انہوں نے قواعد کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے رائیونڈ میں 2013 میں مبینہ طور پر 200 سو ایکڑ اراضی حاصل کی تھی۔
اسے زمین کی خرید و فروخت کے ساتھ ساتھ اراضی کے حصول کے لئے مختص فنڈز کے بارے میں مکمل تفصیلات پیش کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ بیورو نے اس سے پوچھا ہے کہ وہ زیر زمین اراضی کی خریداری کے لئے ڈیوٹی اور ٹیکس کی ادائیگی کی تفصیلات پیش کرے اور آیا اس زمین کو زراعت یا تجارتی استعمال میں لایا گیا تھا۔
Maryam Nawaz, Vice President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has decided to appear before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to investigate a case relating to the “illegal acquisition” of hundreds of acres of land Interviewing in Raiwind.
Party sources reported that she made this decision after consulting with lawyers, family members and party leaders. The NAB asked Maryam to appear before their combined investigation team on Aug. 11, along with details of 200 acres of land that she allegedly acquired in 2013 in Raiwind in violation of the rules.
It is obliged to provide complete information on the sale and purchase of land and the funds arranged for the acquisition of the land. The office asked them to provide information on customs and tax payments for the purchase of the property in question and whether the property was used for agricultural or commercial purposes.
