رمیز راجہ کی تقرری کے بعد پاکستان کرکٹ میں بڑی تبدیلیاں متوقع ہیں
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will conduct a major review after the formal appointment of Rameez Raja as its chairman. Sources have revealed that many long-serving officials will be removed from their posts as the incoming presidents are trying to bring in new faces.
Following the resignations of head coach Misbah-ul-Haq and bowling coach Waqar Younis, the Pakistan cricket team has already made some major changes. Rameez had informed Waqar Younis a few days ago that he would be removed from his post as soon as he assumes office.
Rameez will be formally appointed chairman of the PCB after the September 13 elections. Rameez is expected to bring a lot of new faces throughout the setup and many big changes in the coming weeks.
These changes will be limited not only to offices and the national team, but also to the National High Performance Center (NHPC). Sources have revealed that the existing coaches will be replaced by new ones, including batting coach Muhammad Yousuf.
Rameez’s first big decision as PCB will be to appoint a new head coach and bowling coach for the national team. Rameez is currently trying to appoint foreign coaches, including former England head coach Peter Moores, who is currently in charge.
NHPC International Player Development Director Takleen Mushtaq and Central Punjab Head Coach Abdul Razzaq have been appointed as interim coaches of the national team for the upcoming limited overs series against New Zealand.

ہیڈ کوچ مصباح الحق اور بولنگ کوچ وقار یونس کے استعفوں کے بعد پاکستان کرکٹ ٹیم پہلے ہی کچھ بڑی تبدیلیاں کر چکی ہے۔ رمیز نے کچھ دن پہلے وقار یونس کو مطلع کیا تھا کہ وہ عہدہ سنبھالتے ہی اپنے عہدے سے ہٹا دیا جائے گا۔
رمیز کو 13 ستمبر کے انتخابات کے بعد باضابطہ طور پر پی سی بی کا چیئرمین مقرر کیا جائے گا۔ توقع ہے کہ رمیز پورے سیٹ اپ میں بہت سارے نئے چہرے لائے گا اور آنے والے ہفتوں میں کئی بڑی تبدیلیاں آئیں گی۔
یہ تبدیلیاں نہ صرف دفاتر اور قومی ٹیم تک محدود رہیں گی بلکہ نیشنل ہائی پرفارمنس سنٹر تک بھی محدود رہیں گی۔ ذرائع نے انکشاف کیا ہے کہ موجودہ کوچز کی جگہ نئے کوچ لائے جائیں گے جن میں بیٹنگ کوچ محمد یوسف بھی شامل ہے۔
رمیز کا بطور پی سی بی پہلا بڑا فیصلہ قومی ٹیم کے لیے نیا ہیڈ کوچ اور بولنگ کوچ مقرر کرنا ہوگا۔ رمیز اس وقت انگلینڈ کے سابق ہیڈ کوچ پیٹر مورز سمیت غیر ملکی کوچ مقرر کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں جو اس وقت انچارج ہیں۔
این ایچ پی سی انٹرنیشنل پلیئر ڈویلپمنٹ ڈائریکٹر تکلین مشتاق اور سنٹرل پنجاب کے ہیڈ کوچ عبدالرزاق کو نیوزی لینڈ کے خلاف آئندہ محدود اوورز سیریز کے لیے قومی ٹیم کا عبوری کوچ مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔
