Mahira Khan told the fans through an Instagram post that she became a part of the global campaign being run in collaboration with Commonwealth and Gentle Forces.
To be a part of this campaign, the actress made several posts on Instagram, in which she confirmed that she has become a part of the ‘Join the Course’ campaign launched under ‘Commonwealth’.
After introducing herself in the video, Mahara Khan also invited people from Commonwealth member countries to be a part of the campaign.
He also made two other posts about the ‘Join the Course’ campaign, one of which was a video in which he asked people to break the tradition of keeping quiet on issues including domestic violence and sexual abuse, among other things. Climb.

The ‘Join the Course’ campaign has been started by the Commonwealth of 54 countries including Pakistan, India, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada in collaboration with the social organization Gentle Force.
Commonwealth member states include most of the countries that were previously under British control.
The ‘Join the Course’ campaign is a worldwide campaign to end domestic violence and sexual abuse.
According to a Commonwealth report, 38 percent of women worldwide are murdered by their male partners, while the situation is worse in Pakistan.
According to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFP), 32% of women in Pakistan are victims of physical violence, while 40% of married women are victims of domestic violence at the hands of their husbands.
According to the agency, the Pakistan Demographic Survey found that one in two women victims of violence never asked or complained to anyone for help to stop the violence.

اقوام متحدہ کے پاپولیشن فنڈ (یو این ایف پی) کے مطابق پاکستان میں 32 فیصد خواتین جسمانی تشدد کا شکار ہیں جبکہ 40 فیصد شادی شدہ خواتین اپنے شوہروں کے ہاتھوں گھریلو تشدد کا شکار ہیں۔
ایجنسی کے مطابق ، پاکستان ڈیموگرافک سروے سے پتہ چلا ہے کہ تشدد کا شکار ہونے والی ہر دو میں سے ایک عورت نے تشدد روکنے کے لیے کبھی کسی سے مدد نہیں مانگی یا شکایت نہیں کی۔
