ISLAMABAD: The federal government has said that the existing sanctions imposed due to the Corona epidemic will remain in force till May 9.
Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar said in a media briefing in Islamabad that the existing sanctions imposed due to Corona epidemic would remain in force till May 9. A meeting chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan will be held before May 9 in which important decisions will be taken. The liaison committee will decide on the post-May 9 strategy.
Asad Umar said the death toll from the corona virus has risen in the last few days, which is not good news. The highest number of deaths in days was in Spain, and 2 out of 1 million people in Pakistan were killed. By the grace of God, the disease in Pakistan did not prove as deadly as it did in Europe. The death toll was 58 times higher in the United States and 124 times higher in the United Kingdom.
“More people are killed in traffic accidents than Corona, but we still allow traffic. We have to take steps to reduce deaths from Corona to zero, which would be so deadly to humans,” he said. Can’t stand it, economically the government lost Rs 119 billion in revenue, 1 million small enterprises could be closed forever.

وفاقی وزیر برائے منصوبہ بندی اسد عمر نے اسلام آباد میں میڈیا بریفنگ میں کہا کہ کورونا کی وبا کی وجہ سے عائد موجودہ پابندیاں 9 مئی تک نافذ رہیں گی ، وزیر اعظم عمران خان کی زیرصدارت ایک اجلاس 9 مئی سے قبل ہوگا جس میں اہم فیصلے ہوں گے ۔ رابطہ کمیٹی 9 مئی کے بعد کی حکمت عملی کے بارے میں فیصلہ کرے گی۔
اسد عمر نے کہا کہ گزشتہ کچھ دنوں میں کورونا وائرس سے اموات کی تعداد میں اضافہ ہوا ہے ، جو اچھی خبر نہیں ہے۔ ان دنوں میں سب سے زیادہ اموات اسپین میں ہوئی ، اورخدا کے فضل سے پاکستان میں ہر 10 لاکھ افراد میں سے 2 ہلاک ہوئے۔ پاکستان میں یہ مرض اتنا مہلک ثابت نہیں ہوا جتنا یورپ میں ہوا ہے۔ مرنے والوں کی تعداد ریاستہائے متحدہ میں 58 گنا زیادہ اور برطانیہ میں 124 گنا زیادہ ہے۔
