شیر ، شیرنی کی موت: آئی ایچ سی زرتاج گل ، امین اسلم کے خلاف توہین عدالت کی کارروائی شروع کرے گی

آئی ایچ سی کے چیف جسٹس اطہر من اللہ نے اپنے ریمارکس میں کہا کہ وہ عوامی نمائندے جانوروں کی حفاظت کرنے والے لوگوں کی دیکھ بھال کیسے کریں گے۔ وکیل نے اطہر من اللہ کو بتایا کہ شیر اور شیرنی کو لاہور منتقل کیا جارہا ہے اور اس سلسلے میں پیشہ ور افراد کی خدمات حاصل کی گئیں۔
آئی ایچ سی چیف جسٹس نے کہا ، “عدالت نے ذمہ دار افراد کا تعین کیا تھا اگر کسی جانور کو کوئی نقصان پہنچا ہے۔ وفاقی حکومت نے جانوروں کو منتقل کرنے کے لئے بورڈ تشکیل دینے کے بعد نوٹیفکیشن پیش کیا۔
“موسمیاتی تبدیلی کے وزیر ، سکریٹری ، آب و ہوا میں تبدیلی سے متعلق ایس اے پی ایم اور پارلیمانی سیکرٹری سبھی بورڈ کا حصہ تھے لیکن اب کوئی بھی ذمہ داری قبول کرنے کو تیار نہیں ہے۔”
ڈپٹی اٹارنی جنرل نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ آب و ہوا میں تبدیلی کی وزارت کے نمائندے سے تفتیش کی جارہی ہے ، جس پر جوکٹیس اطہر من اللہ نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ کیا وہ خود اپنی وزارت کے خلاف تحقیقات کریں گے۔ کیا آپ کو لگتا ہے کہ عدالتی فیصلہ مذاق ہے ، آئی ایچ سی چیف جسٹس نے پوچھا۔

Following the death of a lion and lioness at the Marghazar Zoo, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) decided on Monday to initiate legal proceedings against the Minister of State for Climate Change, Zartaj Gul, and the advisor to the Prime Minister for Climate Change, Malik Amin Aslam.
The IHC has summoned the names of all those responsible for the death of the animals and asked the Secretary of Climate Change and the Chairman of the Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB) to appear before him on Tuesday.
IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah said in his speech how these public officials will take care of people who cannot protect animals. The lawyer informed Justice Athar Minallah that the lion and lioness would be transferred to Lahore and that services would be used by experts in this regard.
The IHC chief judge said: “The court had identified those responsible if an animal was harmed. The federal government submitted a report after it had formed a committee to relocate the animals.
“Climate change minister, secretary, SAPM for climate change and parliamentary secretary were all part of the board, but nobody is ready to take responsibility now.”
The deputy attorney general informed the court that a representative of the Ministry of Climate Change was conducting an investigation, to which Juctice Athar Minallah said he would conduct an investigation against his own ministry. It should be mentioned here that the lioness died in the Marghazar Zoo in Islamabad when she arrived in a lion breeding reserve. The lion also died afterwards.
