لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے وزیر اعظم کے معاونین کی تقرری کے خلاف درخواست کی سماعت کی
لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے بدھ کو وزیر اعظم کو سولہ مشیروں اور خصوصی معاونین کی تقرری کے خلاف دائر درخواست پر سماعت کی۔
عدالت نے مدعی کے وکیل کو ضمنی تقرری کی نوٹیفیکیشن کی ہدایت کی۔ لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے چیف جسٹس محمد قاسم خان نے اپنے ریمارکس میں کہا کہ وکیل کے دلائل کی روشنی میں فیڈریشن کی پوزیشن کمزور ہے۔
جسٹس محمد قاسم خان نے آئندہ سماعت کے دوران وفاقی حکومت کے وکیل سے تیار رہنے کو کہا۔
The Lahore High Court (LHC) held a hearing on Wednesday against a petition filed against the appointment of 16 Prime Minister advisers and special assistants.
The court ordered the plaintiff’s lawyer to attach appointment notifications. LHC chief judge Muhammad Qasim Khan said in his remarks that the association’s position was weak given the lawyer’s arguments.
Judge Muhammad Qasim Khan asked the federal government lawyer to prepare for it at the next hearing.
