A petition to the Lahore High Court (LHC) against the nationwide observation of online courses due to the COVID 19 pandemic has been declared inaudible.
The petitions highlighted the lack of internet facilities, which are withheld from a large number of the country’s children, and therefore attempted to rethink the matter.
Petition rejected by Lahore Hight Court judge Justice Ayesha A. Malik. It should be noted here that a major decision has been made in schools across the country to start online classes for the duration of the coronavirus pandemic.

درخواست ہائیکورٹ کی جج جسٹس عائشہ اے ملک نے مسترد کردی۔ یہاں یہ واضح رہے کہ ملک بھر کے اسکولوں میں ایک اہم فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے کہ وہ کورونا وائرس وبائی امراض کی مدت کے لئے آن لائن کلاسز شروع کرے گی۔
