The district courts in KPK will resume administrative and judicial work after a break of around two months from today.
Employees and visitors must strictly adhere to the SOPs formulated to stop the spread of COVID-19. According to Chancellor Peshawar High Court Khawaja Wajeehuddin.
The release said: “The competent authority is pleased to instruct all courts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to be fully functional from June 1, 2020 for all types of official business in the best interest of the public interest, with due regard for all SOPs issued Judgment from time to time “

نوٹیفکیشن میں لکھا گیا ہے کہ “مجاز اتھارٹی اعلان کرتی ہے کہ خیبرپختونخواہ میں تمام عدالتوں / ٹریبونلز کو ہدایت کی جائے کہ وہ یکم جون 2020 ء سے ہر طرح کے سرکاری کاروبار کے لئے عوامی مفاد کے لئے عدالتی کاروئی کرے جس میں جاری تمام ایس او پیز کی مناسب پابندی ہے، “
