کراچی: نجی اسکولوں کی ایکشن کمیٹی کا احتجاج
پرائیویٹ اسکول ایکشن کمیٹی (پی ایس اے سی) نے اپنے مطالبات کی منظوری کے لئے کراچی پریس کلب کے باہر احتجاجی مظاہرہ کیا۔
مظاہرین کا کہنا تھا کہ اسکول مالکان نے کوویڈ-19 کے آرڈیننس کو چیلنج کرتے ہوئے ایس او پیز کے تحت اسکول کھولے جارہے ہیں ، اب ہم 15 جون سے تمام اسکول کھول رہے ہیں۔
کمیٹی ممبران نے کہا کہ اسکولوں کی مسلسل بندش سے ہمارے اساتذہ اور ملازمین کے گھروں میں فاقہ کشی ہورہی ہے۔ اسکولوں کا بند ہونا کوئی معقول حل نہیں ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمارے لئے بجلی کا بل اور اسکول کا کرایہ ادا کرنا ناممکن ہوگیا ہے۔ پرائیویٹ اسکول ایکشن کمیٹی نے حکومت کے خلاف نعرے بازی بھی کی۔
The Private School Action Committee (PSAC) staged a protest outside the Karachi Press Club to get its demands approved.
Demonstrators said that the school owners are challenging the Covid-19 Ordinance and schools are being opened under SOPs, now we are opening all schools from June 15.
The committee members said that the continuous closure of schools is leading to starvation in the homes of our teachers and employees. Closing schools is not a viable option.
“It has become impossible for us to pay the electricity bill and school rent,” he said. The Private School Action Committee also chanted anti-government slogans.
