عصمت دری کے معاملے میں ملزم جج کا ڈی این اے ٹیسٹ
سلمیٰ بروہی کی عصمت دری کے معاملے میں عدالت نے معطل ملزم جج امتیاز بھٹو کے ڈی این اے حاصل کرنے کا حکم دیا ، جس پر لیاقت یونیورسٹی جامشورو میں ملزم جج امتیاز بھٹو کا ڈی این اے ٹیسٹ لیا گیا۔
انکوائری آفیسرمسعود اقبال کی موجودگی میں مشتبہ ملزم جج امتیاز بھٹو کا ڈی این اے فرسٹ سول جج ایاز قریشی کی نگرانی میں جمع کیا گیا۔
ڈاکٹر حسین سومرو نے ملزم جج سے خون کے ٹیسٹ اور گال کےسوئپ لئے۔
لیاقت یونیورسٹی ذرائع کے مطابق ، ڈی این اے کی رپورٹ آنے میں ایک مہینہ لگ سکتا ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ سہون کے معطل جج امیتاز بھٹو پر 12 جنوری کو سلمیٰ بروہی کو اپنے چیمبر میں عصمت دری کرنے کا الزام ہے۔
In the case of Salma Brohi’s rape, the court ordered to get the DNA of the suspended accused Judge Imtiaz Bhutto, on which the DNA test of the accused Judge Imtiaz Bhutto was taken at Liaquat University Jamshoro.
In the presence of Inquiry Officer Masood Iqbal, the DNA of the accused Judge Imtiaz Bhutto was collected under the supervision of First Civil Judge Ayaz Qureshi.
Dr. Hussain Soomro took blood test and cheek sweep from the accused judge.
According to Liaquat University sources, it may take a month for the DNA report to arrive.
It should be noted that suspended Sehwan judge Amitaz Bhutto is accused of raping Salma Brohi in his chamber on January 12.
