جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ کیس: ایف بی آر کو معاملہ بھیجنے میں کوئی اعتراض نہیں: سرکاری وکیل
اسلام آباد: جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کیس کی سماعت کے دوران سرکاری وکیل فوروف نسیم نے کہا کہ وزیر اعظم کہتے ہیں انہیں عدلیہ سے بہت زیادہ احترام ہے اور ہمیں اس معاملے کو ایف بی آر کو بھیجنے میں کوئی اعتراض نہیں ہے۔ جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال کی سربراہی میں سپریم کورٹ کی 10 رکنی مکمل عدالت میں جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کے خلاف ریفرنس سے متعلق درخواستوں کی سماعت ہوئی۔
جسٹس قاضی فائز کی عدالت
سماعت کے دوران جسٹس قاضی فائز خود سپریم کورٹ پہنچ گئے۔ فورف نسیم کے دلائل کے دوران عدالت کی اجازت حاصل کرنے کے بعد ، جسٹس قاضی فائز نے کہا کہ حکومت عدالت کی تجویز پر راضی ہوگئی ہے۔ مجھے اس کا جواب دینا ہے۔ یہ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کا معاملہ نہیں ہے۔ ہم سب کا مقدمہ ہے ، یہ الزام لگایا گیا ہے کہ جج مجھے بچانا چاہتے ہیں ، میرے اور میرے اہل خانہ کے ساتھ جو کچھ ہوا اس میں جانا نہیں چاہتے۔ جوڈیشل کونسل نے ایک بار فون نہیں کیا اور میرا مؤقف سنا۔ اگر وہ جج بننے کے اہل نہیں ہے تو اسے آج ہی گھر بھیج دیا جائے۔ سابق اٹارنی جنرل نے کہا کہ ساتھی ججوں نے درخواست تیار کرنے میں مدد کی ، اور میں ان کے خلاف توہین عدالت کی کارروائی کی درخواست کرتا ہوں
