دھاندلی کے نتیجے میں آنے والی حکومت انتخابی اصلاحات کررہی ہے: فضل الرحمٰن

The PDM chief said that if the country’s economy is destroyed, winds of poverty and unemployment are blowing everywhere, if someone is setting himself on fire in front of the Parliament Lodges in Islamabad, someone will bring his children there for sale. If we were to put up a board, would we have to see this day in this country, when the scourge of poverty and unemployment spreads like this, then the states lose their existence.
“We are fighting for the survival and security of Pakistan. Carrying a gun is not a problem but carrying a gun destroys families and cities and who knows better than the Pashtun Baloch what the consequences of a gun are,” he said.
“When the policies of global colonialism provoked the religious world, people turned to guns, but we decided that no, we want to see Pakistan as a peaceful, constitutional, democratic and Islamic state and we have the constitution,” he said. “The government that came as a result of self-rigging is giving electoral reforms and legislating for it. If there is any legislation regarding electoral reforms or any machine, we will not just reject it,” he said. Rather, they will put it on the tip of their shoes. He said that we still say that your goal is to get out of power, how long will we continue to pick up the bodies, we will keep crying for the missing people, they talked about giving 5 million houses but on the contrary demolished 5 million houses. پاکستان ڈیموکریٹک موومنٹ (پی ڈی ایم) کے سربراہ مولانا فضل الرحمان نے کہا ہے کہ حکومت دھاندلی کے نتیجے میں انتخابی اصلاحات اور قانون سازی کر رہی ہے لیکن ہم کسی بھی انتخابی اصلاحات یا قانون سازی کو اپنے جوتے کی نوک پر رکھیں گے۔
کوئٹہ میں پاکستان ڈیموکریٹک موومنٹ کے اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مولانا فضل الرحمان نے کہا کہ میں 10 سال سے کہہ رہا ہوں کہ عمران خان پاکستان کی سیاست کا غیر ضروری عنصر ہیں، وہ ایک ناجائز حکمران ہیں اور آج ان کی تین سالہ کارکردگی نے ہمیں مہر تصدیق کردی ہے۔ دعویٰ کریں کہ وہ نااہل اور نااہل بھی ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ریاستوں کی بقا کے لیے دو بنیادی عناصر ہیں دفاعی اور معاشی طاقت، دفاع ایک ادارہ ہے اور دفاعی قوت ہماری فوج ہے اور پاکستان کی مسلح افواج اس قوم سے بنی ہیں لیکن ماضی میں ان کے بعض غلط فیصلوں نے ہماری دفاعی طاقت. لیکن سوال اٹھاتے ہیں کہ ہمیں اس بات کا دکھ ہے کہ ہماری دفاعی قوتوں پر سوال کیوں اٹھائے جا رہے ہیں، معلوم ہوا کہ کہیں نہ کہیں کمزوری ہے، ایک غلطی کے نتیجے میں وہ بھی آج اس غلطی کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہماری تحریک کا واضح موقف ہے کہ ہمارے یہ ادارے اپنے دائرے میں واپس چلے جائیں تاکہ یہ غیر متنازعہ رہیں اور اس ملک کی بقا کا باعث بن سکیں۔
پی ڈی ایم کے سربراہ نے کہا کہ اگر ملک کی معیشت تباہ ہو جائے، غربت اور بے روزگاری کی ہوائیں ہر طرف چل رہی ہوں، کوئی اسلام آباد میں پارلیمنٹ لاجز کے سامنے خود کو آگ لگا رہا ہے تو کوئی اپنے بچوں کو وہاں فروخت کے لیے لائے گا۔ اگر ہم بورڈ لگا دیں تو کیا اس ملک میں یہ دن دیکھنے پڑیں گے، جب غربت اور بے روزگاری کی لعنت اس طرح پھیلے تو ریاستیں اپنا وجود کھو بیٹھیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ “ہم پاکستان کی بقا اور سلامتی کی جنگ لڑ رہے ہیں۔ بندوق اٹھانا کوئی مسئلہ نہیں ہے لیکن بندوق اٹھانے سے خاندان اور شہر تباہ ہوتے ہیں اور پشتون بلوچ سے بہتر کون جانتا ہے کہ بندوق کے کیا نتائج ہوتے ہیں”۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ جب عالمی استعمار کی پالیسیوں نے مذہبی دنیا کو مشتعل کیا تو لوگوں نے بندوقوں کا رخ کیا لیکن ہم نے فیصلہ کیا کہ نہیں، ہم پاکستان کو ایک پرامن، آئینی، جمہوری اور اسلامی ریاست کے طور پر دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں اور ہمارے پاس آئین موجود ہے۔ راستے کا انتخاب کرتے ہوئے ہم اسلحے تک بھی جا سکتے تھے لیکن ہم جذبات کو نہیں ملک کو دیکھ رہے تھے۔
مولانا فضل الرحمان نے کہا کہ ہماری جمہوریت کی عزت، وقار اور اختیار کو تباہ کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ ہمارے دفاع پر سوال اٹھائے گئے بلکہ ہماری عدلیہ پر بھی سوالات اٹھائے گئے۔ کے بارے میں سوالات پیدا کیے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر ہمارے مقدس اداروں میں کالی بھیڑیں آئیں تو ہمیں ان سے چھٹکارا حاصل کرنا ہو گا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ نوجوانوں کو بتایا گیا کہ جب پاکستان میں ہماری حکومت آئے گی تو باہر سے لوگ اس ملک میں نوکریوں کے لیے آئیں گے۔ وہ ملک بھی گیا ہے اور وہاں کے مرکزی بینک کو دیوالیہ کر دیا ہے۔
جمعیت علمائے اسلام (جے یو آئی-ف) کے سربراہ کا کہنا تھا کہ اسٹیٹ بینک کے قانون میں ترمیم کرکے پاکستان کے اسٹیٹ بینک کو براہ راست آئی ایم ایف سے الحاق کرنے کا بل بھی آج اسمبلی میں لایا جارہا ہے، پھر یہ ہمارا بینک ہے۔ نہیں، آئی ایم ایف پاکستان کی شاخ بن جائے گا اور ہماری معیشت کا سب سے بڑا منتظم ہاتھ سے نکل جائے گا۔ آپ کون ہوتے ہیں پارلیمنٹ میں ایسے قانون لانے والے؟
انہوں نے کہا کہ “جو حکومت خود دھاندلی کے نتیجے میں آئی وہ انتخابی اصلاحات دے رہی ہے اور اس کے لیے قانون سازی کر رہی ہے، اگر انتخابی اصلاحات یا کوئی مشین کے حوالے سے کوئی قانون سازی ہوتی ہے تو ہم اسے صرف مسترد نہیں کریں گے”۔ بلکہ اپنے جوتوں کی نوک پر ڈالیں گے۔ اگلے الیکشن کے لیے ایک بار پھر دھاندلی کا پروگرام بنا رہے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم اب بھی کہتے ہیں کہ آپ کا مقصد اقتدار سے نکلنا ہے، ہم کب تک لاشیں اٹھاتے رہیں گے، لاپتہ افراد کا رونا روتے رہیں گے، انہوں نے 50 لاکھ گھر دینے کی بات کی لیکن الٹا 50 لاکھ گھر گرادیے۔ مکانات اس لیے ہمارا فیصلہ ہے کہ ہم مہنگائی، بے روزگاری، غربت، بدحالی اور بدامنی کے اس ماحول میں عوام کے شانہ بشانہ ہیں، ہمیں آگے بڑھ کر ان ناجائز حکمرانوں کو اقتدار سے ہٹانا ہے۔
