آئی ایچ سی نے جبری ویکسینیشن کے خلاف درخواست پر اپنا فیصلہ محفوظ کر لیا ہے
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved its verdict on the admissibility of a petition filed against forced vaccination.
Chief Justice Athar Minallah reserved his verdict on the admissibility of the petition.
During the hearing, the petitioner’s lawyer Shahina Shahabuddin appeared in the court and was asked by the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court whether she had vaccinated herself. “I haven’t been vaccinated,” he said.
The Chief Justice asked, “Then how can you come here in the court?” The Bar and the Bench have decided that no one will come here without vaccination.
The court asked Deputy Attorney General Syed Tyeb Shah, “Can he not come to the court now that he has not been vaccinated?”
The court directed the woman lawyer Shahina Shahabuddin to get the vaccine, to which the woman lawyer said that she was not against vaccination but against forced vaccination.
He asked the Chief Justice, “Did you also get the vaccine done at the behest of someone?”
“Scientists around the world are looking at how you can travel without vaccination,” the chief justice said.
“Even though 220 million people have rights, you can’t influence others because of you,” he said.
The court remarked that “Donald Trump was also against vaccination and you are helping spread the pandemic by not getting vaccinated.”
Addressing the counsel for the petitioner, the Chief Justice said that you have not been vaccinated, you have also taken off your mask, the Holy Prophet also said that you should not go where there is an epidemic.
“If you haven’t been vaccinated, you should stay away to protect others,” he said.
The court later reserved its decision on the admissibility of the petition after the arguments of the counsel.

چیف جسٹس اطہر من اللہ نے درخواست کی قابل سماعت ہونے پر اپنا فیصلہ محفوظ کر لیا۔
سماعت کے دوران درخواست گزار کی وکیل شاہینہ شہاب الدین عدالت میں پیش ہوئی اور اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس سے پوچھا گیا کہ کیا اس نے خود کو ویکسین لگائی ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھے ویکسین نہیں دی گئی۔
چیف جسٹس نے پوچھا کہ پھر آپ یہاں عدالت میں کیسے آ سکتے ہیں؟ بار اور بنچ نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ کوئی بھی ویکسینیشن کے بغیر یہاں نہیں آئے گا۔
عدالت نے ڈپٹی اٹارنی جنرل سید طیب شاہ سے پوچھا ، “کیا وہ اب عدالت میں نہیں آسکتے کہ انہیں ویکسین نہیں دی گئی؟”
عدالت نے خاتون وکیل شاہینہ شہاب الدین کو ویکسین لگانے کی ہدایت کی ، جس پر خاتون وکیل نے کہا کہ وہ ویکسینیشن کے خلاف نہیں بلکہ جبری ویکسینیشن کے خلاف ہیں۔
انہوں نے چیف جسٹس سے پوچھا کہ کیا آپ نے بھی کسی کے بہکاوے پر ویکسین لگائی ہے؟
چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ دنیا بھر کے سائنس دان دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ آپ ویکسینیشن کے بغیر کیسے سفر کر سکتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اگرچہ 220 ملین لوگوں کے حقوق ہیں ، آپ اپنی وجہ سے دوسروں کو متاثر نہیں کر سکتے۔
عدالت نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ “ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ بھی ویکسینیشن کے خلاف تھے اور آپ ویکسین نہ کروا کر وبائی بیماری پھیلانے میں مدد کر رہے ہیں۔”
درخواست گزار کے وکیل کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ آپ کو ویکسین نہیں لگائی گئی ، آپ نے اپنا ماسک بھی اتار دیا ہے ، حضور نے یہ بھی کہا کہ جہاں وبا ہے وہاں نہ جائیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر آپ کو ویکسین نہیں دی گئی ہے تو آپ کو دوسروں کی حفاظت کے لیے دور رہنا چاہیے۔
بعد ازاں عدالت نے وکیل کے دلائل کے بعد درخواست کے قابل قبول ہونے پر اپنا فیصلہ محفوظ کر لیا۔
