پارٹی انتخابات تک پارٹی صدر رہوں گا: جام کمال
Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Aliani has said that Balochistan Awami Party has not formally resigned from the presidency, does not want anarchy in the party and will remain party president till the party elections.
Addressing a press conference in Quetta, he said that the Chief Minister had said that he wished that if the party did not agree with him, he would resign and he had already planned to hold party elections in October-November. ۔ ۔
“Many of our friends did not like my wish and asked me to make you president and not make such decisions individually until we have a joint decision,” he said. It is a symbol of the unity of our party.
“I am the president of the party today and whatever president is elected after tomorrow’s election, we will sit with him in the same seats and whatever party decides, I am bound by it,” he said.
Jam Kamal Khan said that the purpose of today’s press conference was to withdraw the decision to resign from the post of Balochistan Awami Party president at the request of his colleagues.
He said that he was not resigning from the party and would not do so.
“Social media has shown irresponsibility in all this. No other party is leaving the Balochistan Awami Party and I get the most angry members,” he said.
The Chief Minister said that we have always given time to the members and my office is no longer closed to anyone, we will do our best to take everyone with us till the last moment, if some people do not agree with any decision. If they have a majority, they too must be included in the decision.
He said that 14 members have expressed no confidence but they should also come forward. If a no-confidence motion is moved, a majority decision will be accepted.
On the other hand, the coalition parties of the Balochistan government have announced that they will not be part of the no-confidence motion and they say that the government of Jam Kamal will remain.
Parliamentary leaders of the Awami National Party, Hazara Democratic Party and Jamhuri Watan Party have announced their support for the government.
On the occasion, Awami National Party parliamentary leader Asghar Achakzai said that since the formation of the government and the opposition has been conspiring against development from day one, we are facing this situation.
“The opposition has always tried to block the budget and we will oppose any undemocratic move against the government,” he said.
Earlier, Balochistan Awami Party chief organizer Jan Jamali told a press conference that Balochistan Awami Party members had filed a no-confidence motion against the chief minister and the Balochistan Awami Party elections would be held in the second week of November.
He said that my party has been divided into two parts, I will talk about convening a meeting of the party’s parliamentary committee before Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan and the scope of our alliance will remain the same.
He said that Balochistan always has a coalition government which is weak.
وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان جام کمال خان عالیانی نے کہا ہے کہ بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی نے باقاعدہ طور پر صدارت سے استعفیٰ نہیں دیا ، پارٹی میں انتشار نہیں چاہتے اور پارٹی انتخابات تک پارٹی صدر رہیں گے۔
کوئٹہ میں پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا تھا کہ ان کی خواہش تھی کہ اگر پارٹی ان سے متفق نہیں ہوتی تو وہ استعفیٰ دے دیں گے اور انہوں نے پہلے ہی اکتوبر نومبر میں پارٹی انتخابات کرانے کا منصوبہ بنایا تھا۔ ۔
انہوں نے کہا ، “ہمارے بہت سے دوستوں نے میری خواہش کو پسند نہیں کیا اور مجھ سے کہا کہ آپ کو صدر بنائیں اور جب تک ہمارا مشترکہ فیصلہ نہ ہو انفرادی طور پر ایسے فیصلے نہ کریں۔” یہ ہماری جماعت کے اتحاد کی علامت ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ آج میں پارٹی کا صدر ہوں اور کل کے الیکشن کے بعد جو بھی صدر منتخب ہوگا ، ہم اسی نشستوں پر اس کے ساتھ بیٹھیں گے اور جو بھی پارٹی فیصلہ کرے گی ، میں اس کا پابند ہوں۔
جام کمال خان نے کہا کہ آج کی پریس کانفرنس کا مقصد اپنے ساتھیوں کی درخواست پر بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کے صدر کے عہدے سے مستعفی ہونے کا فیصلہ واپس لینا تھا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ وہ پارٹی سے استعفیٰ نہیں دے رہے ہیں اور نہ کریں گے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ “سوشل میڈیا نے اس سب میں غیر ذمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کیا ہے۔ کوئی دوسری پارٹی بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کو نہیں چھوڑ رہی ہے اور مجھے سب سے زیادہ ناراض ارکان ملتے ہیں”۔
وزیراعلیٰ نے کہا کہ ہم نے ہمیشہ ممبران کو وقت دیا ہے اور مزید میرا دفتر کسی کے لیے بند نہیں ہے ، ہم آخری لمحے تک سب کو ساتھ لے جانے کی پوری کوشش کریں گے ، اگر کچھ لوگ کسی فیصلے سے متفق نہیں ہیں۔ اگر ان کے پاس اکثریت ہے تو انہیں بھی فیصلے میں ضم ہونا ہوگا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ 14 ارکان نے عدم اعتماد کا اظہار کیا ہے لیکن انہیں بھی آگے آنا چاہیے۔ اگر تحریک عدم اعتماد پیش کی جاتی ہے تو اکثریت کا فیصلہ قبول کیا جائے گا۔
دوسری جانب بلوچستان حکومت کی اتحادی جماعتوں نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ وہ تحریک عدم اعتماد کا حصہ نہیں بنے گی اور ان کا کہنا ہے کہ جام کمال کی حکومت رہے گی۔
عوامی نیشنل پارٹی ، ہزارہ ڈیموکریٹک پارٹی اور جمھوری وطن پارٹی کے پارلیمانی رہنماؤں نے حکومت کی حمایت کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
اس موقع پر عوامی نیشنل پارٹی کے پارلیمانی لیڈر اصغر اچکزئی نے کہا کہ جب سے حکومت بنی ہے اور اپوزیشن پہلے دن سے ہی ترقی کے خلاف سازشیں کر رہی ہے ہمیں یہ صورتحال درپیش ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اپوزیشن نے ہمیشہ بجٹ کے سامنے رکاوٹیں ڈالنے کی کوشش کی ہے اور ہم حکومت کے خلاف کسی بھی غیر جمہوری اقدام کا مقابلہ کریں گے۔
اس سے قبل بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کے چیف آرگنائزر جان جمالی نے ایک پریس کانفرنس میں بتایا کہ بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کے ارکان نے وزیراعلیٰ کے خلاف تحریک عدم اعتماد دائر کی ہے اور بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کے انتخابات نومبر کے دوسرے ہفتے میں ہوں گے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ میری پارٹی دو حصوں میں تقسیم ہوچکی ہے ، میں وزیراعلیٰ جام کمال خان سے پہلے پارٹی کی پارلیمانی کمیٹی کا اجلاس بلانے کی بات کروں گا اور ہمارے اتحاد کا دائرہ وہی رہے گا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ بلوچستان میں ہمیشہ مخلوط حکومت ہوتی ہے جو کمزور ہوتی ہے۔
