Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan has said that only patients with mild corona symptoms will be allowed to be quarantined at home.
Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan said in a statement that the Punjab government has issued rules and regulations for quarantine on homes, the home isolation committee will include officials from the health department and other relevant departments while But sub-committees will also be formed.
The Punjab Information Minister has said that the committee will give permission for home isolation after checking the size of the houses and the number of families. He further said that the patient will be required to send daily health updates to the health department from home isolation. But home isolation will end.
Fayyaz Chauhan further said that if the corona test is positive for the second time in home isolation, the test will have to be done again in the next 5 days. For the test, the staff of the health department will take samples from the house. Fayyaz Chauhan further said that where there is no testing facility, the patient will remain isolated for another two weeks after the symptoms of Corona disappear.

پنجاب کے وزیر اطلاعات فیاض الحسن چوہان نے کہا ہے کہ صرف ہلکی کورونا علامات کے مریضوں کو ہی گھر میں آئسولیشن کی اجازت دی جائے گی۔ فیاض الحسن چوہان نے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ حکومت پنجاب نے گھروں میں قرنطین کے لئے قواعد و ضوابط جاری کردیئے ہیں ، ہوم آئسولیشن کمیٹی میں محکمہ صحت اور دیگر متعلقہ محکموں کے عہدیدار شامل ہوں گے جبکہ سب کمیٹیاں بھی تشکیل دی جائیں گی۔
وزیر اطلاعات پنجاب نے کہا ہے کہ کمیٹی گھروں کے سائز اور فیملی کی تعداد کی جانچ پڑتال کے بعد گھر میں آئسولیشن کی اجازت دے گی۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ مریض کو روزانہ صحت سے متعلق اپ ڈیٹ بھیجنے کی ضرورت ہوگی۔ لیکن گھر میں آئسولیشن ختم ہوجائے گی۔
فیاض چوہان نے مزید کہا کہ اگر گھر میں آئسولیشن میں دوسری بار کورونا ٹیسٹ مثبت آتا ہے تو اگلے 5 دن میں دوبارہ ٹیسٹ کرانا پڑے گا۔ ٹیسٹ کے لئے ، محکمہ صحت کا عملہ گھر سے نمونے لے گا۔ فیاض چوہان نے مزید کہا کہ جہاں جانچ کی سہولت موجود نہیں ہے ، کورونا کی علامات ختم ہونے کے بعد مریض مزید دو ہفتوں کے لئے آئسولیشن میں رہے گا۔
