گل احمد نے اپنے مقامی کاروبار کو مکمل ملکیتی ماتحت ادارہ بنانے کا اعلان کیا
کراچی: مشہور مرد اور خواتین کے ملبوسات برانڈ گل احمد نے بدھ کے روز اپنے مقامی کاروبار کو مکمل ملکیتی ماتحت ادارہ میں چھپانے کا اعلان کیا ، اسے کمپنی نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو ایک نوٹیفکیشن بھیجا۔
اس نوٹیفکیشن میں مزید وضاحت کی گئی ہے: “گل احمد ٹیکسٹائل ملز لمیٹڈ کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز نے کمپنی کو اپنے مقامی کاروباری طبقے (متعلقہ اثاثوں کے ساتھ خوردہ کاروبار سمیت) کے نقاشی کے لئے شرائط مرتب کرنے اور تجویز کرنے کا اختیار دیا ہے۔
ایک مکمل ملکیت کا ماتحت ادارہ اور انتظامیہ کے ذریعہ اس کو حتمی شکل دینے پر ، بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کو ان کے غور کے لئے پیش کیا جائے۔ مزید برآں ، کمپنی کو مذکورہ بالا مقاصد کے لئے مکمل ملکیتی ماتحت ادارہ بھی شامل کرنے اور مذکورہ بالا مقاصد کے لئے مطلوبہ قانونی ، مالی اور اس طرح کے دیگر مشیروں اور مشیروں کی تقرری کا اختیار دیا گیا ہے۔
KARACHI: Famous men’s and women’s apparel brand Gul Ahmed on Wednesday announced to hive off its local business into a wholly-owned subsidiary, said a notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange by the company.
The notification further elaborated: “The Board of Directors of Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Ltd. authorized the company to formulate and propose the terms for a carve-out / hive-out of its local business segment (including retail business along with related assets) into a wholly-owned subsidiary and upon finalization of the same by the management, be presented to the Board of Directors for their consideration.
Furthermore, the company has also been authorized to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary for the purposes of the above and to appoint legal, financial and such other advisors and consultants as may be required for the purposes of the above.”
