شرح نمو 5 فیصد سے تجاوز کرنے کا امکان ہے، فواد چوہدری

اسلام آباد میں وفاقی وزیر فوڈ سیکیورٹی فخر امام کے ہمراہ نیوز کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ دنیا میں ایسی بہت کم مثالیں ہیں جہاں کورونا وبا کے بعد کوئی ملک 5 فیصد کی شرح سے ترقی کر رہا ہو۔ (آئی ایم ایف) نے بھی اعتراف کیا ہے۔

فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ گزشتہ سال تقریباً 400 ارب روپے کی اضافی آمدنی ہوئی، ایک طرف ہم کہتے ہیں کہ مہنگائی ہے لیکن دوسری طرف صرف زرعی شعبے سے 400 ارب روپے کی اضافی آمدن ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ گندم کی پیداوار کے نتیجے میں کاشتکاروں کو 2000 روپے اضافی ملے۔ 1.18 ٹریلین روپے کپاس کی نمو کے نتیجے میں 136 ارب روپے، چاول کی بہتر فصل کے نتیجے میں 46 ارب روپے اور مکئی کی فصل سے 3 ارب۔ گنے کی فصل سے 96 ارب روپے کی اضافی آمدنی ہوئی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ مہنگائی کی وجہ سے وزیراعظم پاکستان نے گزشتہ روز ملکی تاریخ کے سب سے بڑے سوشل سیکیورٹی پروگرام کا اعلان کیا جس کے نتیجے میں آپ ماہانہ 50 لاکھ روپے یا 5000 روپے کما رہے ہیں اور پنجاب، خیبر پختونخوا، آزاد. کشمیر یا گلگت بلتستان کے شہریوں کو 1000 روپے تک کا مفت علاج ہو گا۔ 1 ملین فی سال.
انہوں نے کہا کہ اس طرح کے پروگرام کی دنیا میں کوئی نظیر نہیں ملتی۔ برطانیہ میں، جس کے پاس اس وقت نیشنل ہیلتھ سروس ہے، لوگوں کو علاج کے لیے پریمیم ادا کرنا پڑتا ہے، لیکن ہیلتھ کارڈ بالکل مفت ہے۔

فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ جو مسئلہ آرہا ہے وہ سندھ میں آرہا ہے۔ سوچتا ہوں کہ اس وقت سندھ پر مسلط کی گئی حکومت اتنی سندھ مخالف کیوں ہے؟ .
