Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood announced that schools will be reopened according to schedule as announced earlier across the country.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, the Federal Minister said that classes 9, 10 and 11 would start from January 18.
However, classes 1 to 8 will open on February 1 instead of January 25.
In addition, universities will reopen on February 1.

Schedule of all schools in Punjab: 9, 10, 11, 12 classes will open on January 18, 2021. Primary, middle and universities will start on February 1, 2021. The situation is being monitored daily for the safety of our students and teachers and their families.
