اسٹیبلشمنٹ ڈویژن نے ہدایات جاری کیں ہیں کہ اب وفاقی حکومت کے ملازمین کو الیکٹرانک ، پرنٹ اور سوشل میڈیا ڈسکسورس میں حصہ لینے سے روک دیا گیا ہے اور کسی بھی خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
اسٹیبلشمنٹ ڈویژن نے گورنمنٹ سرونٹس کنڈکٹ رولز 1964 کے تحت ہدایات جاری کرتے ہوئے وفاقی سرکاری ملازمین کو الیکٹرانک ، پرنٹ اور سوشل میڈیا پلیٹ فارمز پر حصہ لینے سے روک دیا ہے۔
اسٹیبلشمنٹ ڈویژن کے مطابق ، ان ہدایات پر عمل کرنے میں ناکامی کو بدکاری سمجھا جائے گا اور قانون کے حکم کے مطابق خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کے خلاف مناسب کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
اسٹیبلشمنٹ ڈویژن نے نوٹ کیا کہ سرکاری ملازمین میڈیا پلیٹ فارمز پر اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہیں لیکن مختلف مواقع پر طرز عمل سے متعلق قواعد و ضوابط کو یکسر نظرانداز کردیا جاتا ہے۔
The Establishment Division has issued instructions that federal government employees will no longer be barred from participating in electronic, print and social media discourse and action will be taken against any violators.
The Establishment Division issued instructions under the Government Servant Conduct Rules 1964 prohibiting federal government employees from participating on electronic, print and social media platforms.
As per the installation instructions, failure to follow these instructions will be considered as malpractice and appropriate action will be taken against the violators if they violate the law.
The Establishment Division stated that government employees express their views on media platforms but on various occasions, rules and regulations regarding conduct are completely ignored.
