سابق جج ارشد ملک کو لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے معطل کردیا
لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے سابق وزیر اعظم میاں نواز شریف کو سزا سنانے والے جج ارشد ملک کو ان کے لیک ہونے والی ویڈیو کی تحقیقات کے بعد برطرف کردیا۔
چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے ان کی برطرفی کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ویڈیو اسکینڈل انکوائری میں ارشد ملک کو قصوروار پایا گیا۔
نوٹیفکیشن میں واضح کیا گیا ہے کہ ارشد ملک کو اپنا نام صاف کرنے کا پورا موقع دیا گیا تھا ، اور انکوائری کے دوران ان کے مؤقف کی بھی سماعت کی گئی۔ لیکن ، برخاستگی کے الزام میں معزول جج کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی کی گئی ہے۔
The Lahore High Court (LHC) has released judge Arshad Malik, who sentenced former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif after an investigation into his leaked video was completed.
The Chief Justice of the Lahore Supreme Court, on notification of his dismissal, stated that Arshad Malik had been found guilty of investigating the video scandal.
The notification clarifies that Arshad Malik was given the full opportunity to clear his name and that his position was also heard during the investigation. Legal action has been taken against the fallen judge for misconduct.
