نئی عدالتوں کی تشکیل: وزارت قانون نے سپریم کورٹ میں پیشرفت رپورٹ پیش کی
وزارت قانون نے نئی احتساب عدالتوں کے قیام اور ججوں کی تقرریوں سے متعلق پیشرفت رپورٹ سپریم کورٹ میں پیش کردی ہے۔
وزارت قانون نے اپنی رپورٹ میں 120 نئی احتساب عدالتیں قائم کرنے میں قانونی اور مالی بے بسی کا اظہار کیا ہے اور کہا ہے کہ ان کے لئے سالانہ 2.86 ارب روپے درکار ہیں۔ رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ نئی عدالتوں کی تعمیر کے لئے مشاورت جاری ہے۔
عدالت عظمی کو احتساب عدالتوں میں زیر التواء مقدمات کی تفصیلات سے بھی آگاہ کیا گیا۔ رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ملک بھر کی 24 احتساب عدالتوں میں 975 مقدمات زیر التوا ہیں۔
The Ministry of Law has submitted a progress report to the Supreme Court on the formation of new accountable courts and the appointment of judges.
The Department of Justice has expressed in its report its legal and financial helplessness in setting up 120 new accountability courts, stating that Rs 2.86 billion are required annually. Consultations are underway to build new courts, according to the report.
The Supreme court was also informed of the details of the pending cases at the accountable courts. According to the report, 975 cases are pending in 24 accountability courts nationwide.
