پہلا ٹی ٹوئنٹی: پاکستان نے ویسٹ انڈیز کو جیت کے لیے 201 رنز کا ہدف دیا۔
Pakistan, thanks to the aggressive batting of Mohammad Rizwan and Haider Ali, gave the West Indies a difficult target in the first match of the T20 series by scoring 200 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated overs.
In the match being played at National Stadium Karachi, the visiting team West Indies won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat first.
When Pakistan started batting, they had already suffered a huge loss in the form of captain Babar Azam on the fourth ball of the over, Akil Hussain got his wicket.
Fakhruzzaman teamed up with Mohammad Rizwan for the second wicket to score 10 runs and the team’s score reached 35 runs.
Mohammad Rizwan continued to bat responsibly and completed his half century off 32 balls.
Haider Ali also batted well from the other end and completed the team’s century by hitting a four at the end of the 12th over.
Haider Ali completed his half century off 28 balls with the help of 5 fours and 3 sixes.
West Indies Shepherd started 16 overs and bowled Muhammad Rizwan on the first ball, who scored 78 off 52 balls with the help of 10 fours.
Aggressive batsman Asif Ali failed to show his traditional performance and was caught on the boundary by scoring only one run.
Newcomer batsman Iftikhar Ahmed could add 7 runs.
Muhammad Nawaz and Haider Ali pushed the score aggressively.
Haider Ali was dismissed for 68 off 39 balls, including six fours and four sixes in his innings.
Mohammad Nawaz got boundaries in the closing overs without taking the bowlers of the visiting team into consideration.
He faced only 10 balls and scored 30 runs, including 3 fours and 2 sixes.
Pakistan scored 200 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated overs against West Indies.
Earlier, Pakistan captain Babar Azam said after the first T20 toss that it was welcome to play in front of his spectators at home.
“Our team is made up of good players and the wicket looks good. We will try to score as many runs as possible,” he said.
It is to be noted that for the first match of the three-match series, both the teams practiced hard at the National Stadium.
For the first time since Code 19, full capacity spectators have been allowed to enter the National Stadium with SOPs.
It is to be noted that 3 T20 and 3 ODI International matches will be played between the two teams which will be held in Karachi.
The second T20 match will be played on December 14 and the third on December 16, while the first ODI will be played on December 18, the second on December 20 and the third on December 22.

پاکستان نے بیٹنگ شروع کی تو اوور کی چوتھی گیند پر کپتان بابر اعظم کی صورت میں اسے پہلے ہی بڑا نقصان اٹھانا پڑا، عقیل حسین نے ان کی وکٹ حاصل کی۔
فخرزمان نے دوسری وکٹ کے لیے محمد رضوان کے ساتھ مل کر 10 رنز بنائے اور ٹیم کا سکور 35 رنز تک پہنچا دیا۔
محمد رضوان نے ذمہ داری سے بیٹنگ جاری رکھی اور 32 گیندوں پر اپنی نصف سنچری مکمل کی۔
حیدر علی نے دوسرے اینڈ سے بھی اچھی بیٹنگ کی اور 12ویں اوور کے اختتام پر چوکا لگا کر ٹیم کی سنچری مکمل کی۔
حیدر علی نے 28 گیندوں پر 5 چوکوں اور 3 چھکوں کی مدد سے اپنی نصف سنچری مکمل کی۔
ویسٹ انڈیز شیفرڈ نے 16 اوورز کا آغاز کیا اور پہلی گیند پر محمد رضوان کو بولڈ کیا جنہوں نے 10 چوکوں کی مدد سے 52 گیندوں پر 78 رنز بنائے۔
جارح مزاج بلے باز آصف علی اپنی روایتی کارکردگی دکھانے میں ناکام رہے اور صرف ایک رن بنا کر باؤنڈری پر کیچ ہو گئے۔
نئے آنے والے بلے باز افتخار احمد 7 رنز کا اضافہ کر سکے۔
محمد نواز اور حیدر علی نے جارحانہ انداز میں اسکور کو آگے بڑھایا۔
حیدر علی 39 گیندوں پر 68 رنز بنا کر آؤٹ ہوئے، ان کی اننگز میں چھ چوکے اور چار چھکے شامل تھے۔
محمد نواز نے مہمان ٹیم کے باؤلرز کو خاطر میں لائے بغیر اختتامی اوورز میں باؤنڈریز لگائیں۔
انہوں نے صرف 10 گیندوں کا سامنا کیا اور 30 رنز بنائے جس میں 3 چوکے اور 2 چھکے شامل تھے۔
پاکستان نے ویسٹ انڈیز کے خلاف مقررہ اوورز میں 6 وکٹوں کے نقصان پر 200 رنز بنائے۔
اس سے قبل پاکستان کے کپتان بابر اعظم نے پہلے ٹی ٹوئنٹی ٹاس کے بعد کہا تھا کہ گھر پر اپنے تماشائیوں کے سامنے کھیلنا خوش آئند ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ ہماری ٹیم اچھے کھلاڑیوں پر مشتمل ہے اور وکٹ اچھی لگ رہی ہے، ہم زیادہ سے زیادہ رنز بنانے کی کوشش کریں گے۔
واضح رہے کہ تین میچوں کی سیریز کے پہلے میچ کے لیے دونوں ٹیموں نے نیشنل اسٹیڈیم میں بھرپور پریکٹس کی۔
کووڈ 19 کے بعد پہلی بار پوری صلاحیت کے شائقین کو ایس او پیز کے ساتھ نیشنل اسٹیڈیم میں داخلے کی اجازت دی گئی ہے۔
واضح رہے کہ دونوں ٹیموں کے درمیان 3 ٹی ٹوئنٹی اور 3 ون ڈے انٹرنیشنل میچز کھیلے جائیں گے جو کراچی میں ہوں گے۔
دوسرا ٹی ٹوئنٹی میچ 14 دسمبر اور تیسرا 16 دسمبر کو کھیلا جائے گا جبکہ پہلا ون ڈے 18 دسمبر، دوسرا 20 دسمبر اور تیسرا 22 دسمبر کو کھیلا جائے گا۔
